Farmers National Bank Lincoln Way, Massillon

Business owner customer of First National Bank 18 years. Unfortunately bought out by Farmers. Home office Teri, overdrafts department rude uncaring. Made addition mistake overdrawn, had 2 other accounts with plenty of funds to cover delinquency. Teri stated sorry the accounts were never linked together at the branch, could have been but were not. We did not know. They will piggy back charges if they can. Teri did not want to refund all of the fees. We complained to the branch, fees refunded but 3 or 4 days later, too late, did not like the way we were treated, moved accounts to another bank with linked accounts. Beware of this bank there are better options out there.

I have been banking here for the past 6 years. I have never had a problem. Everytime I walk in they know my name. I love the family small town feel.

Always problems with them putting holds on my business account bad attitudes passing personal judgement an discrimination at this location

I am at the branch on Lincoln at Massillon Ohio at this present moment. There are 6 people in line and 3 tellers are present but just one is seeing customers I have pictures and the other tellers are sitting working on other paper work. Also we have took a loan out and was suppose to receive $100 for opening a checking account and they could not resolve the issue by phone so we had to drive 1 hours for this and they still cannot resolve the issue

This bank is garbage. Waited in line for 10 minutes without any service. Worst service ever. Glad I am not a member at this joke.
