Farm Credit Mid-America W Liberty St, Wooster

We used Tim Hudson to purchase our land and could not be happier. They offered competitive rates and wanted less down that other lenders that offer land loans. Highly recommend!

I called Farm Credit on Monday 10 February. I asked Tim Hudson what I needed. He totally blew me off. Tim was going to a seminar would not be back for a couple days. Tim has not called me back. Today is February 15. I was interested in buying a house and needed a line of credit put on my farm. I would not recommend Farm Credit to anyone at this point. I had previous negative dealings with Tim Hudson. This confirms it. If you’re wanting farm commercial loans, most banks have a loan department that can help you.

When I built my house they were 1% lower than the other banks. They also were great to work with. Very professional and personable!!!

Husband and I were interested in purchasing a piece of land. Did some research and it led us to a general Rural 1st site with good reviews. At first Tim was responsive. Then he claims to have ran our credit, however we both have credit lock, no inquiries and no request to unlock our credit file. He’s also claimed we have had a late credit card payment of more than 30 days once in the last year, we’ve never had any late payments. After asking him how he could run our credit with credit lock and questioning the late payment, we now get no response. He even ended his email by saying “thanks for allowing me to look into this” so unless you specifically fit into MR. Tim’s cookie cutter client profile he shoves you off for whatever reason. Not even knowing what credit we do have or what money we have to invest. I wouldn’t recommend this guy or company to anyone.

Not sure the negative reviews on Tim. Used him twice and nothing but top notch service.
