Whit is so awesome to work with. I recently got it an accident and Whit was able to take care of everything. I appreciate his knowledge, he cares and his professionalism. I highly recommend Whit as an agent.

Whit knows our names and checks in with us. Our last car insurance agent did not seem to really care about us. I don't know if he really even knew who we were. When we had some questions about trading in a vehicle, we sent him an email and he never responded. I had to follow up a couple times before he finally got back to us. When we switched to Farm Bureau with Whit, our experience was totally different. He really seemed to care. He also got us a much better deal. We were able to get car, renters, and life insurance for cheaper than our previous car insurance. Recently, my wife got into a car accident. I called Whit to ask some questions. He immediately answered the phone and knew who I was and remembered who my wife was too. It does not feel like we are just another number to him. It feels like really cares about knowing our names and who we are. He calls and follows up on things with us as well, but he's not annoying or pushy at all.

He understands all aspects of the insurance process as he has worked many years as an auto estimator and claims representative and now as an agent. It would be difficult to find someone with more overall experience that Whitney and I can recommend his office without hesitation!

I never want anything to happen and have to file an insurance claim. But being put in a position to have to file a claim I must say that you and your Adjuster couldn't be more professional & helpful.
