Honestly, they make themselves see helpful. They’re just doing it for the sale. My bed frame literally broke, the people who installed it didn’t do a good job and it came apart. I made a call in January, had to reschedule. It’s now May and I called and they’re not willing to help during cov19 they mentioned they’ll replace my stuff at no cost and they told me to throw out my furniture and now they’re saying I have to pay for what was thrown out after the person who sold me the stuff told me to dispose of it until her repair men is available. Horrible service. They ruin your credit. I’ve done 2 different transactions The first time they closed my account before my one year mark ruining my history on my credit. Also, they lied to me and I’ve could’ve got the same set cash someone else for half the price. They charge you for insurance (don’t ask just apply it) but won’t come in handy. They sweet talk you and make you feel like a family. But, honestly, if you have too go I would look for a person not to willing to help you because they know morally it isn’t the right thing so they’re not as willing to help. They know the prices are wrong, they charge more, finance for more, and don’t help you will have to contact corporate with no resolution. I disappointed with Hugo & my sales rep And everybody at 28st.

This place is awesome..great prices.. friendly staff and very nice manager..bought a refrigerator and are extremely happy with it

I paid $300 to have insurance/guarantee on my washer & DRIER, my dryer has not turned on or anything in 2 weeks & no one has came out, I keep calling & they seem to not care anymore since they are paid off. I will NOT buy anything from here again !!

They treated us well at first but then there were certain charges we questioned after going home and reviewing everything. They told us that we "have to have it". The lady didn't explain to us in detail about our purchase and warranty so when we asked questions the next day they got defensive and told us they couldn't do anything about. They were nice at first then got rude the second we had questions on additional charges. Couch was $1,999 and turned into $3,200+

Came in ready to purchase, love the furniture but ended up buying nothing. Literally spent 2 hours waiting first the salesperson offered to help us but spent almost an hour helping someone else, then because there was a system issue, then because our credit application was taking forever to process. I eventually got tired of waiting and was disappointed cause I really wanted this bedroom set 😞

This store is very easy to get credit.. I never had a problem with the stuff I have bought it. ( if you take care your stuff they will last) I've been with this store for more than 7 years now and also thanks to this Store I was able to get a CAR LOAN and a good Credit Card, I don't know why other people are mad about , most of the brands that this store sales are also seen on sore like "Best Buy, Frys, Walmart and many other stores etc." The Living Room/Dining Set I got from this store is still good and SOLID with no cracks, scratches or paint coming off and the laptops/computers /TVs I also got are still running strong and without any issues at all. I do recommend this store to anybody,, that is starting credit or already has credit. but before you buy.. +You the Buyer+ must really know what you are buying or search before you go and buy at any Store, ask questions to sales reps/associates don't wait for them to tell you what the warranty really covers and read the warranty card that they give you before you go to any Store Mad and make a fool of yourself. All warranties/ protection plans at any store have Limitations... This means that the buyer also plays a role and has responsibilities over their merchandise..dont just spect the store or their employees to do the work that you "the buyer should do" ++keep it nice and clean+++ same way goes like if you were to buy any car.. ++the buyer/ owner++ needs to take care of it so it can last for every long time... right??? NOTE: just to clarify.. this is not a store that you can just go and say 6 months/1 year later " I dont like it... i dont want it... and i want to return it.. or thats how I received it all damaged on the day of delivery or report it 6 months or a 1 year later demanding an exchange/ refund and while the merchandise was being used by you all this time.... Also the merchandise is no longer the store's merchandise the merchandise bought at any store is yours from day 1. regardless if you paid cash or you are making payments... is the same.. TIP: There is this thing also called ""Normal Wear and Tear""" from everyday use that is not classified as a Manufactury Defect..

I brought a living room set and never recieved my TV that was promsed. And I call and noone knows nothing and they just hang up my calls. Horrible customer service and than they call back about more lies.

Nice furniture overpriced .Been their twice and still have not bought anything in that store.Use your own judgement .

Very cheap material. Couches went bad in a month. For the price you will pay here it would be better to get furniture from Nebraska Furniture Mart or Living Spaces. No compren aqui. Esta muy caro por material muy feo. Por el precio es mejor comprar en Nebraska Furniture mart o Living Spaces.

Truck Driver here. Have a delivery 2 miles from here. Saw this place on trucker path. Good reviews 👍 Great place for 10 or 34 hr break. Big parking lot with stores and restaurants in walking distance.

I have purchased a refrigerator from this place before so I decided to purchase a bedroom set for my daughter as well. Not even two years have gone by, just barely one year and a half and the bed has come unglued. Yes you heard correctly unglued. I reached out to them to see if they can do anything and they tell me that it doesn't have warranty on it. They told me that only the mattresses have warranty. I told them that when they sold me the extended warranty I thought they sold me the warranty to the bedroom set as well. Nope apparently they only sold it on the mattress. My daughter is a teenager and she doesn't jump on her bad all she did was sit on it and it fell apart. They told me that they can sell me another one but why would I want to purchase another bedroom set from a store that has poor quality merchandise.

I originally gave this place a one star until one of the representatives called me about changing my review to a 4 or 5 star and i would get free delivery. I never received my contract the couch was 2000 and set of tables 300+ and right now i am viewing my balance of almost $5000 . my monthly payment is very high i know people here paying as low as 100 but since the lady saw my paychecks she obviously gave me a high paying range. I called a few times about the damaged couches i received and they never came in to replace them. Also not to mention i recieved the wrong merchandise the first time it was delivered. I wish they weren't so pushy at first or i would of never bought here but the lady there was so pushy she even made me log into my bank account from her desk to get approved. My orginal rating was a 1 star this is why i am rating it again. Because its my honest opinion. And not To mention i received a free 30 in tv when i was told i would get the 40 in. Its too late to cancel but u learn from bad experiences. I would say if u go in here to shop stick to what you came in for don't let them trick u into buying more than what you can actually afford. These people only care about getting paid their commission. BEWARE DO NOT SET FOOT INTO THIS PLACE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR FURNITURE YOU DIDN'T EVEN ORDER

Happy to see my credit was good for furniture I wanted ....but waiting on deliver which is taking a week to deliver ,then I was confirm for Friday had someone waiting then to find out it's not til Saturday now trying to figure out what's going on.. manager off today supervisor on break and well ...guess waiting unhappy for my furniture to arrive Sat between 8am-6pm like I have nothing else to do on Sat So supvisor calls back didn't say he was..just that his calling from store to advised my delivery which I sound upset he then he ask if I wanted to cancel I was like Wow Just bring my furniture Unhappy customer

No one came to offer any kind of help from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. We walked around looked at some potential buys but were never assisted so we left. Furniture is mediocre for the price.
