I mobile deposited checks into my account & someone stole them and fraudulently deposited them. Leading to them removing the money from my account. They were supposed to help me open an investigation to help me and they told me i was sol. They refused to help me even when i had proof i wasn’t responsible for it. Very rude to me as well. Harassing me to pay the debt i didn’t cause. To this day I can’t open a bank account because they’re too lazy to get off their butts and help me figure it out! The person got off scott free & they couldn’t care less because it’s my credit that gets affected. 10/10 do not recommend.

The Family Trust branch in Clover is by far… the ABSOLUTE best! The staff there is amazing.. Tina the branch manager… there has never been a time where I wasn’t greeted with a smile! Tara, Miranda and Ken are always a pleasure to work with also! For any banking needs, I know I can trust the staff at the Clover branch!

We were prevented from opening a specific saving interest account because Mom didn't "qualify " for it. We were very disappointed- looking elsewhere to invest in high interest rates.

This is the best place to do business. I always enjoy my visits. Amanda handled all my banking needs today. She and all the others are friendly and very efficient with their jobs. Thank you all and God bless you all.

My husband and I have been members since the 1990’s and he recently passed away. When FT found out they put a freeze on the bank account and disabled it from the website because there was a balance due to them on a Visa card. Be warned that if you owe them money and your spouse passes, they will hold what you have. The ‘family’ in FT sadly no longer applies.

Very please with my experiences over the last 5 years (I made the switch from Bank of York, and haven't look back since)The app is super easy to use and you can connect all your accounts (even from other banks) all inside the app so you able to see and transfer all your accounts in 1 place, deposite checks and schedule payments. Here I find all the options I need from the larger financial institutions but with convince from a small home town bank. My most recent interaction was with Holly, who is an extremely friendly and upbeat person, she made my loan process fast, simple and easy. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Along they way she made some great suggestions which, not only helped my financial stance, but more importantly built a stronger customer rapport. I hear a lot of my friends complain about thier bank and I always recommend them to try family trust. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I am very happy with Family Trust Clover branch and how they have helped me with my account. The Clover branch has a great group of people that work there like Tina, Kenneth, Tara, Nikki, Charlene, Amanda. They are great with helping you with your questions and answers them. I would highly recommend the Family Trust Clover branch.

Family Trust Federal Credit is a great place to do banking. I have always been impressed with how quickly I am helped. I feel they are looking out for my best interest too. The tellers are very friendly whether I visit or need to call about an issue. Update: (Covid-19) I actually miss going in and seeing the tellers: so friendly. They are doing well during this hard time.
