Valerie in the Loan Department is EXCELLENT! We took out a second mortgage loan with her help, and she was so knowlegable and quick to respond throughout the whole process. Not to mention how efficient she was in getting things pushed through, so the process was quick and painless for us. We will 100% use her again in the future! Thanks Valerie!!

I only have wonderful things to say about Brianne. She was so polite and professional when we were applying for a car loan. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and was organized and efficient. I was able to reach her via phone and email. She responded right away and returned my calls/emails in a timely manner when she was away from her desk. After our car loan, she helped me with a problem I had with my check order. She contacted another department within the branch for answers and then even contacted the merchant! I received my checks just days after calling her! Bri makes everyone feel valued and appreciated. She is a dedicated, hard worker and we are all fortunate to have her at the York branch!

Brianne Reisler at the York branch is AMAZING!! She is super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and an absolute delight to work with!! She has assisted me with numerous personal and business-related transactions and always goes above and beyond!! There is never a doubt that whatever I may need, she will be able to take care of and do so with the highest level of customer service!! She's an incredible asset to Family Trust and to the York branch!!

Holly was fantastic! I was impressed that she initiated contact with me for an offer to save money and that’s exactly what happened! She works at a branch that is probably the furthest from where I live, but I would still reach out to her for any future needs!

Brianne (Bri) Reisler at the York branch is AWESOME!! I really appreciate that she answers her phone (while most FT employees let it go to voicemail in my experience) and she has always returned my calls and answered my emails in less than 15 minutes. Even if my needs are out of her department she is always friendly courteous and ready to help. She is a blessing and Family Trust needs to hire more employees just like Bri.

Love the FT Credit Union, the biggest reason I Love, WE Love FT (york) is because of Valerie Smith. I have NEVER, EVER worked with an Agent who is so thorough, willing to help, Fast, tries to save you money at every corner & gives you the Best options. She helped me, then helped me & my daughter whose in the Army, out of State, & now, me with my Son who is 19. Both my children are building good credit, all with the fantastic help of Valerie. She is VERY quick to respond & has the memory of an elephant (I heard they have good memories, lol) The tellars are also great, very friendly.

Holly at the York branch was phenomenal as always. She helped me and my fiancé get a joint account for our wedding with such accuracy and being complimentary and pleasant to work with. She’s always professional and nice to do business with.

I have now refinanced two vehicles with Family Trust with the help of Holly she has made the nightmare of refinancing a super smooth process. Holly is lighting fast and her communication skills are over the top. The rate she gave me was absolutely phenomenal. Our loan officer, Bri, was phenomenal. Family Trust has helped me many times in the past with vehicle loans and debt consolidation but this past time takes the cake! We were purchasing an RV out of state that was to be plated and registered in a third completely different state. The process was so complicated and the dealership we were purchasing from were absolute jerks and refused to cooperate with Family Trust. Bri was so kind and took the time to learn the processes in each state to be able to process my loan on time. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I will always come back here.
