New woman at the window told me she couldn’t do my withdrawal because she was new like what does that have to do with anything then had a attitude I recommend everyone to go to another branch this branch is rude and nasty

My teenage daughter got a couple of checks from an account at this bank. She doesn’t have a checking account yet so has no place to deposit them, but you can be sure she will not have one with BB&T! They tried to charge her $16 to cash the checks. Fees have gone beyond ridiculous at this place. They were not at all friendly or helpful when they discovered she wasn’t a customer. Well, they are assured nobody in this family will be either.

Horrible service! Catherine must be on drugs she had the nerve to call the police on my husband and I while in the lobby we weren’t cursing raising our voice or anything we just complaining how long the wait was and how another employee had an attitude with us! She gets in our face and tells us to calm down or we can leave then she slams the door in my husband’s face! Are you kidding then lied to the police does she not know the video tells the truth? And what the video doesn’t finish telling the court sopena do the rest!! God help her had we got arrested wrongful arrest , slander , dafamation of character, etc...you never know if it’s a lawyer you’re screwing with!! Believe you me Corporate BB&T will hear about this in the morning!!!

Very passively rude ! This is my bank and I was told to take my pay check to the B.O.A every single time I try to make a transaction at this location I'm treated as if I'm 5/3 as a man not certain if it's my locs or my bronze skin that validates this behavior but it's a feeling I shouldn't leave my bank feeling like sucks !

All of my transactions have been very good ones. The tellers are helpful, smiling, and friendly.

Trash company Everytime I cash my full paycheck I only get $100 in the account the rest I haft to wait a next day stupid won't allow you to cash it with cash back
