Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Never had that awful banking experience like at this BOA branch. 1. Bank has no drive-through window. The old one was sealed with plaster. 2. Shortage of parking even after they squeezed each parking place 3. It was only one teller at 4 available windows at 11:00 Saturday. 4. Each person at 20 people line lost 30-50 min here. 5. After loosing my 40 min. was asked to pay $8 for cashing $100 BOA check. Bottom line - do not visit this place. It will save your money, time, and health.

This is probably the nicest Bank of America I've ever been to (not that I've been to many). It was extremely modern inside. We came to get something notarized, but unfortunately weren't able to. They told us we would need a notary that could do it as an attachment, which they couldn't. Luckily UPS was right across the parking lot and was able to do it for us (but we had to pay there). We had an appointment, but it was still very slow. We were there for at least 15 minutes just to be told they couldn't do anything. Pro-tip: you can use their services even if you only have a credit card with them.

Staff is incompetent. I have had a account for years, I’ll be changing banks soon. Worst bank experience I’ve ever had.

I went there today for services I could do online, but prefer to do in person at the bank.....Everyone was really nice and I was able to get in and out without an appointment...very quickly. From Ryan(sorry, don't have his last name) who greeted me and took my information to get me to see someone to Derick Pitaksit who talked with me and helped me with my concerns it was a great experience. Ryan had said I might have to wait 30 minutes since I didn't have an appointment, but I had brought a book, I think I read for about 6 minutes and they took me back...Very nice professional service...Highly recommend.
Hello Susan, Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate your patience and are happy to hear that your recent financial center experience was seamless. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Ryan and Derick were during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^phil

I make an appointment in two days ahead, and I show up 30 minute before the appointment time, and I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes, and then they say they have no time to help me. What kind of a business like Bank of America? I recommend WELLS FARGO.

Half the locations in the area are closed and the open locations have 1 teller. Multiple other “employees” in the branch (9 at the location in Steele Creek) and no care about the long lines. The branch manager should be on a teller station at times like this. But, of course, that’s below them.
Hi, Jeff. Hi. We apologize for any inconvenience. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Some locations may either be temporarily closed or operating at limited hours. This used to be my favorite Bank of America drive thru ATM in the area now its become my least favorite. Usually businesses invest into their services and assets but this location got rid of their other ATMs rather than adding more. How am I supposed to trust this bank with my money when they can't even improve themselves

Very disappointed. Arrived at the bank a little more than 20 minutes before closing and the associate told us that was not enough time to open a simple account for my daughter. I was already on the fence about leaving bank of america due to them illegally breaking their privacy policy recently and now I know that Bank of America clearly is not the bank for my family. I will be moving my savings, checking, and other accounts out of bank of america and I will also be opening an account for my daughter and for my son as well elsewhere. Banks are something that are used for generations but we will be taking our multiple accounts and multiple generations elsewhere.

I do not understand the negative reviews on this BOA location. I am new to the area and came in without an appointment to cash a large check. Amanda was quick to help us with no issues. During our meeting, she even discussed with me another banking option she thought I should look into with them. She quickly scheduled an appointment for the next day and we came in the next day to open a BOA credit line. I have a few other things I need taken care of due to the out of state move and I already know I’ll be returning to this location. It’s clean, the staff are attentive and kind and I have had no problems. Thanks to Amanda and the rest of the boa staff.

Horrible experience.. they just had 1 employee taking care of customers.. i had to stand 30 min in the line just to get 200$ cash.. why?? Just why??? Trying to save some change by not hiring extra guy??? Ridiculous..
