Service is decent. I opened an account when I taught with a particular county. Going to the branch to transact business has been fine, but calling in isn’t as smooth.

Amazing staff, very helpful! I absolutely love this branch, have never had a single problem, and they get in touch with you quickly and get things done for you fast!

I am a 24 year veteran teacher. I have a savings account that I add $600 to EVERY month. I applied online for a $2500 personal loan to repair my HVAC unit before listing my home to sell. After 6 weeks, I stopped by the Roswell Office to follow up on my loan request. I was told, my request was denied because I have a 610 credit rating and a deliquent account. I explained that 3 years ago my car was repo'd and I've been in 3 year appeals process. I also pointed out that I make $80K and put $600 in Savings each month. Sh said she would speak to the head loan officer and let me know something the next day {Tuesday). Well, on Friday, after not hearing anything, I called the branch. The last told me again that my bank would not give me a loan. Between this and how inconvenient the store hours are, I don't know why I'm banking here. I'm not getting anything. And I saw how concerned they were about following up with the "little guy".

I feel like family every time I walk through the door. They are so helpful and they really care.

I have been a member of this credit union for over 30 years. Needed to take out a secured loan and called and asked to speak to the branch manager. Was unable to speak with anyone I was told to put an application in online. After several days I called and asked to speak with someone and I was told that the loan officer at this branch would call me back within the next day. A week and a half later I still have received no phone call. I went into a national bank that I also have an account with and walked out a half an hour later with a secured loan. Aren't credit unions supposed to be built on service?

My son was six years old when I first became a member of the FFCU family. They have watch him grow , he is now 16 with his account there as well, when I tell you how friendly the staff is it`s an understatement. No matter how many customers they have they always make time to say hello to you by name like in "Cheers where everyone know your name" Bank manager is totally AWESOME. I look forward to see them just as the look forward to seeing me.
