Hi everyone who may concern, my husband and I went to FAIRWINDS at 2975 e irlo Bronson memorial hwy Kissimmee St. Cloud. Amy was waiting on us. She was helpful and very kind, sweet. I truly recommend anyone to this branch

Fairwinds Credit Union is the most unprofessional and ridiculous bank. They do not care about their clients and they are so disrespectful.

I never had problem or bad experience with this bank, but this branch office, the quality of customer service is low and they aren't prepared to tell you what are they services. I went to this bank in Saint Cloud, FL last week to resolve and cancel my debit card because a spam company took my information, so when I got there, they were charging me 30 dollars for cancel a payment and cancel my debit card. I called to customer services and they helped me with any problem and there wasn't charge fees for that. Make sure to have employees prepared with the exact information to offer a better service to the clients.

Arguably the worst branch I've visited. The customer service is consistently ingenuine and awful every time I visit this branch..

They have 2 windows open. Customers opening and closing accounts at the windows. Looking up credit card payments. Things that should be done with unoccupied bankers. Wait time is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. 30 minutes in line , 45 minutes is embarrassing with the amount of staff they have working. The only exception is staff is friendly but not accommodating when you see people walking out disgusted about waiting .

Fairwinds credit union is a joke. Fairwinds? More like UNFAIRwinds I can overdraft by 1 cent for 30 seconds and be charged. Worst system ever. And no their app is not in real time. I don’t care how many times they tell me. Screenshots and screen records don’t lie.

I applied for a car loan with them and the process was so easy and stress free! My loan officer, Joannie, went way above and beyond to make sure that everything was handled and payment sent quickly. I would definitely recommend them! The only down side is their lobby hours are pretty limited, however their drive through is open til 6pm, so you can get almost anything you need done inside at the window.

I started a small business this year 1/1/18 and decided to use a Credit Union. Fairwinds in Saint Cloud FL on 192 was closest. For the past 6 months doing business out of this office has been amazing. Great customer service from everyone. The person who stands out the most is ALLISA KUBERIET!!!! She is amazing. She has help me tremendously with opening my accounts getting things organized and set up even under the time restraints I had. Her communication and customer service is amazing. Thanks Allisa Kuberiet at the Fairwinds Saint Cloud office! Your awesome!!!!!!
