FAIRWINDS Credit Union E State Rd, Longwood

We have been a member of Fairwinds for many years and we have always been extremely happy with the service provided to us by manager Sharon Kern and her staff. Sharon and her staff are always professional, attentive and friendly. There are branches that are closer to us and although they are also very helpful we always go the extra mile to go to the Longwood branch as they have always gone the extra mile for us.

I had a great experience working with Heidi at Fairwinds Credit Union. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I hope I get her every time I come to the bank.

absolutely terrible busssiness. takes more than 20 minutes to get someone on the line about your account. overdrafts constantly when setup to not allow over drafts. always something with this terrible place. i’m taking my money elsewhere. would give 0 stars if possible.

We wanted to express our appreciation for the assistance that Heidi Scott provided to us during our recent visits to Fairwinds. We experienced some unforeseen events that required urgent attention to our Fairwinds accounts. Though we didn’t have an appointment, she was able to meet with us within a short period of time and then went out of her way to explain the many options available and to guide us through her recommended courses of action. Due to the complex nature of the tasks and number of accounts involved, the visit required over two hours. However, at the conclusion, we had achieved everything for which we’d hoped and more. We are very appreciative of having benefited from Heidi’s knowledge and extra efforts. It’s another good reason why we never hesitate to recommend Fairwinds to our friends and colleagues. I've been with them since I was 10. Had other bank accounts in college but always came back and kept this one. Yes their hours are a bit frustrating but the security of my money is the most important.

I would just like to say I have never had the helpful, happy, personal service from any banking institution as I have at Longwood fairwinds credit union. I needed some help with wire transfer and Heidi Scott and everyone I came in contact with were so helpful. Going well over what could be considered as normal practice. They took a lot of stress and worry out of my transactions. Even following up with phone calls. Complete 10 out of 10. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all. 😁

I appreciated professional help I received at the Fairwinds Longwood Branch while applying for an equity loan. Along the application process there has been several issues but the staff took ownership and handled my business quickly and competently. Among the officers that did outstanding job I can definitely recommend Evelina Darazhanska. She went above and beyond to provide great service to myself and my husband.

The Fairwinds Longwood branch has been our location for the past 20 years!!! Heidi Scott is amazing!! She just successfully printed, notarized and faxed an urgent deadline in less than 20 minutes!!!! I enjoyed some delicious coffee as she gracefully completed our transactions!
