Horrible company to work for, they don’t really care about you and use you. I was working here for over a year, was a regular full time employee and then out of the blue I was let go. No warning nothing, just a call 2 hours before I was supposed to go in for work. Such a disappointment. Seemed like a good company at first but there were many false promises. Not a “Fairway” to treat their employees that keep the company running.

Turned a simple task into a major undertaking......customer service couldn't care less if I was satisfied. On hold waiting for help 3 different times.

I have been employed at Fairway for about a year and a half and found this to be a fantastic company to work for not just because of benefits, but because of the family atmosphere and genuine team members. When I first started, snowmageddon hit. My elderly disabled dad and step-mom live out in the boonies in Texas and their well was frozen solid leaving them without water for many, many days. I was too far away and iced in myself and couldn't help them. The marketing team was rallying to help people get water where they were able and caught wind of my family's situation. One of my team members who hardly even knew me, took cases of water all the way out to BFE to help my family ON HIS DAY OFF. I will never forget it <3
