I had to write a review to give these ladies an outstanding star count for their service . I had a great experience with Maria and her wonderful team . I can’t thank them enough ! I came to them with questions and qualifying a year to prior purchasing my home . They helped me Get on the write track , answered all my questions , literally held my hand through the whole process . When I came to them the first time , they did there best to help but I decided to wait it out and came to them again when I was in a better position to buy a home . They broke down everything . From the applying process , gathering information , then to getting is qualified and doing there best on giving us all the posible information we may need . It was not until this year that we bought our home , we came to her team again and they were happy to help .. with the wisdom they provided we were able to be in just the right position to buy the home . Avoid working with this lender at all costs! Lender preapproved a buyer with a previous foreclosure. Stated they did not know the buyer had a foreclosure when preapproval was ran. As my agent contacted them, they never indicated there was an issue in the process and a week before close stated we would be clear to close. A day before closing, a denial was issued. Attorneys stated that it was discovered the buyer had a foreclosure on her record and the lender attempt to switch loan types, have another colleague apply for the loan, and tried to have the buyer put down more money. Never in this process was this disclosed to the seller. To wait until the day before a close is unprofessional and frankly unacceptable.

The team was outstanding. They were all available to me and really listen to my needs. The communication was easy and great. I would like to thank them for being fast and professional. Highly recommended.
