They let a check clear which allowed me to get scammed by a scammer, then they withdrew those funds from.my account after a few days of me paying the material supplier. Now they want me to pay them back for those materials that added up to nearly $7400. They said that the only reason they cleared the check within 12 hours of being deposited is because they trust me, why out of all the times I deposited checks you guys only allow me a few hundred dollars, and now all of a sudden you let a fraudulent checks clear for $20,000 because you trust me? Ridiculous!! You're supposed to make sure those Bank accounts are legit. I dont work at the bank...

Good , not crowded at all . They did change their hours though , they now close at 5p.m. , Monday through Friday . Parking is not all that bad , it does tend to get a bit crowded though , the first of the month and the end of the month . This is due to alot of seniors , who come in , to conduct their business .

They have the same amount of people working there like everywhere else, yet now the 3rd time I've been there and they tell me they can help me in 2 1/2 hours. Army on harlem and she kindly gave me somewhere to sit and said it should be less than 30 minutes. Much nicer and informative up here

I would give a zero star but only one star is allowed. If you have a emergency don't come here. Go someone where else.

Worst bank ever. They will charge you like ten oversrafts, $500 buskc total maybe. They won’t call like: ‘sir, you want to deposit some befor the session?’ Never had worse banking experience. Go to Bank of America or Byline. They care. My brother talked me into Chase. Edit: Had +$230 last night. Some drafts were done thru the night, along with a greater deposit. They booked the drafts first and the deposit later, sonthey could charge me $68. My Byline or American call and they ask you what to do. Chase are happy to scam you every time.

This place just doesn't want your business. Plain and simple. Twice I've tried to open an account, twice I've just sat in the lobby 15 min plus past my appointment time without being seen.

I wait more then 40 min, the agent he said wait 30 to 40 min but after 45mins one she come tack other customer I am before this customer and other agent he tell i am before she but she go with other customer

I like the staff, you never wait too long in line, they take care of you quickly.

Mr Victor Paniagua which is a Chase Bank business account specialist showed a huge customer service skills and knowledge. Extremely satisfied doing business with him. At the beginning I started with Ms Maggie which showed me attitude and even bypassed me for one of her customers. Thanks God that I haven't opened an account with her and i will never do

Arrived at 4:58. Waited there 30 min and then they told me there is no time to complete my request because it's too late for them. The Bank should work till the last customer. Happened to me twice at this branch!!
