The experience with Adam was completely different than the first time we purchased a house. That was a mess right up to Closing. Working with Adam was GREAT! He was on top of everything and there were no issues before or at Closing. Would definitely work with him again in the future.

They definitely will go the extra mile , but they have a lot more to learn. I would say they are on track to produce better closing speeds. Little mistakes turn into big delays, they were 100% able to correct everything, but each mistake caused me mini heart attacks. However despite all the problems with my complicated loan , I believe in the future there newer employees will be able to produce fast approved loans without hiccups

Recently tried to apply for a loan for a home. Passed the pre qualifications, paid for and did everything they asked. They waited until 6 DAYS before closing to decide we were a high risk because my husband hadn’t made 3 consecutive payments on taxes that weren’t due until OCTOBER, it is August. So we ask if we can pay 3 months up front and early for them and they said no if it were for Covid we could have approved you. Huge cop out, wouldn’t tell us why they needed certain documents, asked a lot of what if questions. Never answered their phones only responded to emails or text messages. I have talked to multiple people who recently bought homes and none of them had to do the things this company asked of us. Nothing made sense with this company as far as explanations. I would stay away unless you have 4 months of time to give to them.

Worst place ever by far. Keep in mind that this place reached out to me by text convincing me to refinance with them. They kept lying to me saying that my loan will be approved this month. 5 months later and no close or no feedback. I finally was able to get a hold of my lender and gave me attitude saying he was busy! This firm has a bunch of con men working for them! Stay away from the Chris George team!
