During the Covid shutdown, our mortgage application with a larger and well known bank feel through as they changed their requirements to take a mortgage out. It was an incredible feeling of going from totally confused that our bank dropped us to overjoyed knowing Kimberly was going to make our dreams possible. Kimberly was incredibly responsive which was something our bank was not. She also was kind and understanding. This is the second time we have had Kim Lynch provide our mortgage loan. We would not think of going elsewhere. A few highlights of her superior service: 1) Communication! This is huge with us; we are "old school" and often communication is a deal maker or breaker for us. Kim responds to whatever mode works for us (phone/text-email) and quickly. Not once did we feel we were waiting for a response. 2) The best loan! We have a family member who works at a bank and tried to secure our loan after Kim had already accomplished a lot of work... she submitted our information to him and remained responsive and kind to us. Ends up she got us a better deal than could he. 3) Kim helped us understand the credit report fiasco! We had an ancient misapplied negative on our report. Not only did Kim help us to resolve it, but she advised us how to avoid our number going down. We could list numerous other positives, but space is limited so these are our top three. We would never hesitate to recommend Kim and often do!

Jessica Blackwell Linder and her team are fantastic!! We had started our refi process and then we got covid. I ended up in ICU for 32 days, beyond our original closing date. They provided an extension and then at my request to do whatever was possible to get this process completed, they went above and beyond to get things done. I was in isolation in ICU so that really complicated things but never once did they allow us to stress or worry, they just assured us that we would get this done in time, and they did!
