I walked into this door this morning to take out a loan on some sunglasses that I had, and everything was wrong from the get-go. The young girl behind the counter helped me with looking everything up to give me a price that they could pay and we agreed upon a price but I had to come back later in the day due to the fact that they didn't have any money. Somebody had to literally go to the bank to get cash to give to customers so immediately they were unprepared. Upon returning to collect the money for the loan on the sunglasses everything was done unprofessionally. Gave him my ID to collect the money nothing was said but when the money was handed to me it was $30 shorter than we had originally agreed. I asked why there was only the amount of money that was there and the young girl behind the counter said that that's the total that she told me earlier that day. Knowing very well that that's not what happened earlier that we agreed on another price she turned to look at a manager there, I'm guessing, and he kept insisting to her that they had maxed everything out that they could give as if he had looked at them himself. The man had no idea what the loan was on in the first place. Very shady people at this establishment. If you go in make sure you get whatever you need in writing because things change immediately with the people in this store. If they need you to come back because they need cash if there is a deal sign the papers then come back for your money. I left my sunglasses with them too as good faith wish I had known.

They not only have super competitive prices, but are very knowledgeable when it comes to what they have in inventory to help further for your needs. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great in-store experience! This shop surprisingly had a nice guitar collection. I’m new to playing and Josue was really patient in helping me decide the best one to invest in for my level. Will definitely be stopping by again in the future.

Glens is the Cleanest most organized pawn shop I have ever seen. Obvious that a lot of care is put into this place. Great prices. A man named Caleb has helped me a couple times. Wow did he know his stuff. I asked tons of questions and he had the answers every time. This place is awesome and Caleb is top notch.

I’ve bought home theater equipment from Glen’s on a couple occasions and a guitar on another. Each time, Caleb helped me compare my options and suggested the options for my needs. He was very helpful and I got good prices at this locale.

This is the best place to find good deals on just about everything. The inventory is always changing and everyone who works there is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Caleb has been fair on every purchase ive made and doesn't hesitate to make sure your comfortable with the merchandise you buy.

I found a bunch of brand new packs of guitar strings for crazy cheap. Mike the owner is a great guy. It was my first time coming, but I’ll do a lot more music shopping here for sure.

Not much of a Pawn Shop guy but went into Glen's because of the instruments I always see when I pass by. This place offers more than instruments. They have tools, electronics and bikes. The guy Jimmy that was working displayed excellent customer service and was helpful. I highly recommend checking this place out. Very nice staff and items.

Excellent customer service. I called to check if they had a Nintendo Switch, they said they had it. I asked if I could buy it over the phone and I would pick up later in the day. They agreed and now I am a proud owner of a Nintendo Switch. Very fair price, if I have a need for anything priced fairly I will definitely be back!

I went in looking for a beginner trombone for my daughter going into middle school. They were so helpful going over all the different instrument options and explaining all the differences to me. I felt confident making my choice and we got a high quality instrument for a very competitive price. I would absolutely go back here again!

Under new management this place is a bunch of scam artists. They were extremely rude and tried to rip me off multiple times.

Great pawn shop and focus on musical instruments (many guitars, trumpets, sax, and string instruments). Caleb was awesome and I got to test a few basses out. Made a great deal. He went above and beyond, ask for him.

Mike did a great job hooking me up on good prices for my trades and had a lot of knowledge on the products I was looking for. I have been searching for a reliable pawn shop for a while and this shop gets the job done. Clean and organized store and friendly service on top of that. I will definitely be back.

I highly recommend Glen’s. I was looking for a couple of used monitors and Caleb Meadows came through for me. Almost new, perfect condition and no issues. Caleb was professional and very knowledgeable about all the merchandise in the store. I will definitely be back.

I love this Pawn Shop. Super personable and relaxed atmosphere. Always my first go to for great bargains. Caleb makes you feel welcomed and my children are treated extremely kind. Which is huge as a single mom with 4 children, 1 being special needs w/ a service dog.

I’ve been to many pawn shops, But this one is by far my favorite! Fair prices and friendly staff, they always pay me the most when I need to pawn something. I speak with Caleb often and he is always very knowledgeable and helpful, plus they always get me in and out super quick with minimal wait. Great store, very clean in comparison to others I have gone to. Staff is super friendly and willing to help. Josue has helped me pick out a few pieces of jewelry in the past and is very knowledgeable. Prices are always fair, will be going back.

Went in to see what they had since the store is under new ownership and was surprised how clean it was compared to other pawn shops. Merchandise was cleaner than other places as well. My son's 13th birthday is tomorrow and he has been wanting a guitar since he was 5 years old. Took him and the staff was so helpful in helping him pick out a great starter electric guitar. They made sure he got everything he needed for it as well. I would like to add that I got the amp and guitar at a way better price than buying a brand new one. Equipment was tested for quality before we purchased it also. I see this place as adding a lot of value to Denton. Thanks guys!!!!
