As a real estate agent I have been working with Suman for many many years. Since the first time I did business with them I have been amazed at what she takes care of. This is the worst title co. I have dealt with. They don't know how to communicate and they expect the clients to do all the work for them. Due diligence is not something they understand. Wish I could have given them negative stars, they deserve none. Buyer Beware!!! Do Not Use Express Title Svcs. No one here speaks english well enough to transact important financial business in america.
