Very unprofessional and no boundaries between lender/customer relationship. I switched lenders half through my purchase because it was financially beneficial for me-I saved $5,000 in closing costs as well as a lower interest rate. When I requested my file be moved over, Stephanie Jarrad seemed to go out of her way to make it more difficult for me, the "customer". I will never do business here again. Do not recommend.

I recently completed a "Hybrid" loan closing with Mike Newmann and his fantastic staff. I was the Escrow Officer on the transaction and the "Hybrid" closing allowed for the buyers to sign the majority of their documents in the comfort of their own home.
