Kent has been very patient with me through the whole process of signing up for the Iowa Health marketplace. Since the agency I work for is closing Dec 31 I thought it was going to make more sense to go with Cobra until I found out that Cobra would only be for January. So I again called Kent stating I need the Marketplace. He had helped me initially to figure out if Cobra or the Marketplace would be the best route. Kent was very accommodating with scheduling appointments and helping me because of computer issues I was having. He persevered and was great at returning calls.
