My first time going the lady at the counter was very polite and professional. SHe handle a dispute with another customer very respectfully. I loved her energy she's wonderful thank you again 🥰

They take good precautions when handling interactions. I've seen them sanitize their materials and such after dealing with a customer. They make it's clean and safe for everyone. Their service is unmatched.

Very good people and awesome service!! I come here once a month and am always satisfied. At low times when I was low on money they really helped with all their different loaning options. The store manager and the other employee are both delightful and very helpful.

Bouchonda should get a raise, in my opinion. She's always in the store. I don't think she has a day off. She's a wonderful person. Get more ppl in the store so she can get off her feet. Treat her right, she has done a very great job for the company

The employees at this store are super helpful and go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience. Shawna is always ready to take care of any issues that may arise and works hard to make sure that you walk out feeling satisfied and relieved with what you're dealing with. I won't use anyone else for any kind of check cashing services because they do such an excellent job.

Bouchonda at the Coralville Iowa branch is always amazing! She's there, what seems to be 24hrs. Every time I call or stop in, she's there and always knows how to take care of every issue and help everyone with a smile. She really needs some recognition because I believe her knowledge and willingness to work at all hours, gets taken advantage of by the manager in charge of this branch because they can't count on anyone else. They have amazing customer service and when I was trying to cash my check for my state taxes I had gone to Walmart, Hyvee, and a bank account and I couldn't get it cashed they are phenomenal in getting it done and being quick and nice about it.

The service has always been amazing. When I went there, the people were always so willing to help and wanted to make sure they did their job. They were super friendly and it was always filled with a positive atmosphere.
