Check `n Go Hwy, Iowa City

I was there this morning, September 21at at 11 am e employee was bragging about calling in sick in the winter to a customer. Then she was rude and condescending. I will never go to a check n go again. The most unprofessional and unfriendly experience. I will tell my friends.

They are top ⭐ in my book! I Been with them over 5 years! Great customer service, and great people and store manager. Is great in customer service. And treat u like family! Elizabeth Holliday go above and beyond her durty. And treat u with respect and care about tho custom

This place is OPEN WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. . So many plans for thr day abruptly stop if they are involved in your daily plans. CONSTANTLY closing and locking the doors during hours they are supposed to be open.

I have utilize check n go on and off for couple years now. I just want to say Liz and the other employees are the best in customer service their always so polite and helpful even when they’re really busy! Exceptional in customer service

I want to complain about the customer service I received. I was treated very rudely and hung up on and also my loan was cashed in the wrong week!

The reason for 1 star is because I know people whom were struggling with funds and was able to pay their owed loan in 2 payments from 2 different pay days, however, when I asked for this help with Christmas just a few days away and needed money to travel, they said they cant do that. When I told them the reason and that I would go negative in my account she just said sorry cant help, but if the check doesn't go through then we can discuss options... I told her it would go through and I'd owe money to the bank she just says sorry cant help. But I've seen them help others. Honestly felt like I was judged! Never going back to them ever again! 12/30/2019 - reply to owner... I will not be coming back to Check n Go. I was unable to buy Christmas presents because of this and thought check n go would not treat me any differently then any other person, but I guess that is not the case. I will not be submitting feedback on check n go because nothing will be resolved and this is feedback enough for something to be done.

Great customer service nice people that work there courteous and helpful. Liz and Tiarra are great people enjoy going in and talking with them. Merry Christmas and Happy New year

I usually have a fast and good experience when coming here to cash a check but I came here today (got a ride from someone as I don't have a vehicle) the door is locked and it is almost 11:30am on a Saturday....website states open and phone auto service also states open. If the store is closed today the website should state that or at least a sign on the door, but the sign showing open times says it should be open! Wasted trip and I need it cashed before Monday...highly irritating situation!
