I have been selling real estate for almost 40 years and have worked with many mortgage brokers over the years. I have no hesitation to give Erin Pearce my highest recommendation! I appreciated the loan processing updates and the prompt communication. I was kept fully informed through out our transaction with out having to contact her. The loan was fully approved from start to finish in two weeks and all loan docs and figures were out well in advance of closing. Her rates and closing costs were very competitive. Refinanced my personal residence and an investment property with Erin. Everything went smoothly, she was very communicative and locked us in really competitive rates on both properties.

Erin is absolutely the best. We started working with her back in April of 2020, but ended up delaying our home search for awhile until April of 2021. A home came on the market and we needed a new pre-approval same day to get an offer in, and she was on top of it! She always went that extra step for us. Turns out, we got that house, and she made the rest of the process through closing day incredibly easy - and she made really helpful videos to walk us through our home loan so that we understood all in the ins-and-outs of it.
