Derrick Strauss was helpful and professional from the beginning. He made himself available every step of the way and clarified any questions we had. He kept to his word and there were no surprise results on our mortgage loan. We were able to get a 15-year loan at 3.75% with a substantial cash-out amount to be able to purchase a car. In the end he even made sure we got our cash-out sent to us through an overnight delivery. Thanks!

This was my first homebuying experience and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Seth is extremely knowledgable and very helpful. This front range heroes program that he started saved me over $4,000 in cost, I didn't have to pay anything for closing and even received money back. Not only did he save me a lot of money, he gave me a very good rate which saves me even more in the long run. Anyways, Seth is an amazing loan officer/mortgage advisor and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone needing to finance or refinance a home. They are excellent This is the second time over the years that I have turned to Derrick Strauss to refinance my home. Both times he was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fast. The entire process was smooth and completed in record time. There were no surprises and everything met my expectations and then some. I would credit the whole team for a job done well. It was a most pleasant experience and I recommend this team to everyone.

The customer service is not responsive and it took them three weeks to send out a 30 day pay off. Got hung up on a few times, spent over the course of my calls a couple of hours on hold and lied to by a customer service rep. At the three weeks mark after I got after them 4 or 5 times they sent it. I would delete this review but it's not allowing me to and I cant in good faith give them more then a 2 star review it was originally 1 star and the text was worse so I edited it. Also they respond to bad reviews like they will do something about it refer to the response below but they make no effort to correct anything
