EquitiFirst Mortgage - Florida Dr Phillips Blvd, Orlando

I would not go through this place to buy a dog house. My experience was unethical not to mention illegal. I recently sold my home in Orlando to relocate to Massachusetts and the person who bought my house went through this company we were supposed to close on October 19 we did not close until November 2 we changed our closing date we signed all the paperwork our real estate agent sent it to Roger Almedia the mortgage broker hired for this sale and he never sent the paper work to the buyers lender all we got was lies and deceit from this company my family was in a hotel for two weeks my parents are elderly and because of this company negligence they caused us to be homeless for two weeks things were so bad that the manager Wes had to get involved and he was no better if you want to avoid lies, deceit, and not have to spends thousands of extra dollars on moving then stay as far away as you can from this company they are a lawsuit waiting to happen
