    Walked in to Wells Fargo bank branch #0066426. 23. Had a great experience with the bank teller Julieta. Was super helpful and loved her Charisma. We’ll be visiting again soon crossing my fingers that I get her again . Derrick A

    Ricardo Correal It is the worst service I have ever received. I made an appointment to open a business account at 10 AM when a guy named Ricardo Correal attends to me. a minute it took 15 minutes to come back he comes back and his attitude is terrible he is still in front of me and after 15 minutes he stops and leaves he comes back after 10 minutesHe kept me like this for half an hour. I never opened the account. I had to leave because I had to work. I told him how could he give me that service. He laughed and continued with another client. It's not fair. I wasted an hour not to do anything. I demand an investigation from This person named Ricardo Correal is a terrible representative of an entity like Wells Fargo.

    Horrible service! I already have one account with the bank and wanted to open another. I was told by appointment only for this. They have people that work thr lobby standing around doing nothing and told I have to have an appointment. As I left they in disbelief, they said oh, we can show you online. At that point I said I will be banking elsewhere as they are a waste of time. To have banked with them for years and to be treated that way is totally 100% unacceptable!

    During online banking issue, March 2021, our account was accessed for a fraudulent ZELLE transaction. I provided a paper trail, all facts, that the ZELLE didnot come from our phone,via AT&T. Wells Fargo sent me what they considered proof that it came from our phone and using our login and password. I provided documented proof they are wrong. I have left 3 voice mails 3 emails all demanding they speak with me while I will be at our branch and review all factual document's. They refuse to discuss anything on the phone. They just repeatedly send a letter stating they stand by their decision . I am removing a huge sum of money over the bank refusing to review the facts of the fraudulent ZELLE of $499.66

    They are very slow at their work. I have been waiting in the driver through lane (at the teller vaccum) for 30 minutes just to cash a check.

    I don't understand some of those previous reviews. I was treated well and received all the services I expected in a very quick and professional manner. Maybe they improved quickly. I will be back for more business.

    Worst location ever. There are no cars and nobody is helping me out. I’ve called and I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes to get help. The employees seem very aggravated like they hate their job and they don’t want to be here. They used to have awesome people Working here made my banking experience with them pleasant. But now it’s not worth it . They need to have someone come and review their staff.

    Don't come here unless you have 30 minutes to spare for waiting in line. One teller at window forces extremely long wait time for basic transactions.

    I’m giving One Star only because is not possible to rate Zero! Terrible experience, this bank is stuck in the 90’s. I had an appointment to open a business account with Warren Brown and clearly he has zero patience or empathy. This associate relay on it’s our Policy, and that’s it. He doesn’t explain or make any effort to solve any problems. I had an amazing experience in Chase and that’s the bank will see my money. Run away from Wells Fargo, specially this branch.

    Been a customer since 1994 the drive thru is horrible, the employees aren’t any better. Why make someone who has a quick transaction make them wait 20 minutes because of the previous customers transaction is going to take a while. Do the quick transaction first. Makes sense to me but I guess not to them.

    THIS IS THE S L O W E S T BANK EVER! Despite that they have vastly improved over the last several years. The tellers are much nicer, efficient, and I know it's hard to believe, but they are quicker than before. I loathe the fact that you wait even longer to talk to a banker at the desk and half the time you have to go sit down and then talk to someone else instead. I avoid going inside. The drive thru and ATM is the best source to use.
