Extremely Poor Customer Service. Every experience is a negative experience. Bank of America is short staffed, rarely has money for their customers whether it be Dr Phillips Kissimmee or Haines City customer service is 🗑 TRASH... This last representative wasted our time while sitting in the drive thru over 45 minuyes and then had us come inside to finish the transaction. After I parked and went inside and asked for a manager and once he seen us speaking to a manager he proceeded to interrupt us so of course I proceeded to put him in his place. Bank of (needs a new name) smh

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, the teller is very rude and did not take me serious at all when I was trying to deposit a large check, simply refused and wouldn’t provide a good reason why. I left and went to my main franchise and they took care of it no issue. This place is very age discriminatory, just because I’m young and depositing a large check doesn’t mean I’m a scammer. I hope they get investigated

Explain my situation to them at the door, I was told by The manager at the door her is system is down come back in 2 hours.So 2 hours passed came back only for her to say sorry I can’t help you.. She makes Bank of America customer service look like shit…

Theu used to cash EFS checks and make sure the balance is available but now we have to wait.All we get is sorry you'll have to suffer until next business day

We use many factors to determine if a hold will be placed on a deposited item. Very poor service from Mrs Darling Santiago. I went at the bank, I was in serious problem. She didn't have common sense. Didn't want to help me. She said I had to call the bank. I showed that the phone wait was 30 minutes. She said I had to make an appointment. I tried, but online availability only was for a week later. After I complained she said to wait 1 hour and thirty minutes to be speak with someone. I didn't come back anymore. I don't know what's going on with this agency. Employees don't want to work. The only employee competently is LUZ. (super efficient). Unfortunately Luz was not there on this day.

Took 4 business days to schedule a visit with a " manager"....who was less than helpful. The lobby was packed ....too few tellers...fewer " Managers '" and not the Bank of America of old. If English is your primary language, try to find another branch as it isn't at this branch.
