Greg went above and beyond to make sure my loan was approved and we closed!

If I could go zero stars I would. Our process started 18 months ago roughly. But for this we will call it 12 months ( 1 year ) my lady has been at her job for 13 months , we were informed 3 weeks ago that she did not make enough for our loan ( that they already gave us an approval for by the way ) we entered a contract on two houses during this time. Paid for inspections during this process , now we're paying Ernest money $250 to exit contract. 12 months ago when covid changed home buying our credit took a hit , Greg Lapp I believe his name is , told us to pay $400 to a fixer to repair our credit over 4 months. We did. Then we paid off our car also. Soent thousands during these 12 months. To be told uh oh there's a problem. You make 200 less than you should. Excuse me ? You couldn't have said that 12 months ago seeing as nothing has changed other than paying off the car. All of a sudden we don't make enough. All this time and money just gone. Gone. First time home buyers stopped at every turn possible and spent thousands during this time jumping through every hoop without question , because again we're first time buyers. Our credit hard ran several times. For what ? This is the worst experience we've ever had doing anything. It put stress on us both and our family. I would tell you. From a first time buyer whom will now be working with a different mortgage loan company. Do not trust envoy. We are currently debating on seeking legal counsel due to all this nonsense. Wasted money , time , missing work , stress. This company is not professional by any standard. Look elsewhere. Very upset about how envoy allowed their worker to handle us. I truly hope they do better moving forward with other first time buyers. The stress it put on our family was uncalled for. 12 months ( really 18 ) just wasted. Very very upset over this.

This is the third time we have utilized Stephen Gray's services over the past few years, and are always impressed by his ability to far exceed our expectations each time. Buying or refinancing a home can be an incredibly stressful process for the homeowner and I believe Stephen and his team recognize that and really work to minimize that for the customer. To put it simply, he just has superb customer service and in today's world, that is incredibly hard to find.

By far the easiest, and most painless mortgage process I have ever gone through. James and Mark were both knowledgeable, professional, and more then that they cared about us getting our home. Jonathan Bates and Mark Everbach were both great to work with and very attenuative throughout the entire process. Jonathan helped explain the process and stayed in touch throughout, even called me after hours due to my work schedule so remained flexible to help me. I believe they actually were working to get me the best deal and make sure everything was working the way it needed to to get it all done correctly and quickly on the refinance. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need! They did far better then others in the marketplace while I was looking for options. Great overall experience!

This is amazing because we found a house the day before Thanksgiving and needed proof of preapproval to submit an offer on Saturday after Thanksgiving! With that being said we closed on December 21! This is an amazing team!

Greg Lapp is a friendly comforting person. He assisted my wife and i with our first home purchase in 2018. With his informative help we able to get in our new home in 60 days. We just refinanced in 2021 and was completed in 45 days. Envoy mortgage is very efficient.

Steve and his team worked extremely well together to make everything go so easy and smooth. Looked at every way to get us the best possible rate. The best thing was the pre-approval and the way that the e-signing system they used went. The process was great and the closing even better. Thank you Envoy team. Great job.
