There is a general consensus in my neighborhood that our property manager simply does not care about our concerns. Collectively, we've brought up an issue to her on several occasions. We understand that she may not have the authority to fix our problem but also think there must be something that can be done. There seems to be a general apathy to our concerns, which is particularly frustrating because our concern is a noise and safety issue. I haven't heard back to my July 9th email and won't hold my breath. A little bit of care goes a long way.

I honestly don't know what value this property management company adds to our neighborhood, besides providing a convenient portal to pay our HOA dues. The property manager is not responsive and does not address our neighborhood's concerns.

Judie Parks with Berkshire Hathaway is an all-around fantastic realtor. She did a great job of listening and picking up on what we were looking for in a new house as we relocated to Louisville. When our family decided to move to Louisville, KY, we knew we needed to build a home. We researched places where we wanted to live and that's when we first met Jennifer. From the moment we sat down, she was so knowledgeable about the home building process and also shed light on what our options were. We were very excited to go through the home building process with her. Our family remained over 200 miles away from the building site. Jennifer went above and beyond to keep in touch with us. She really went out of her way to send photos at different stages of the process, so we could remain in the loop. Even when work schedules conflicted with the process, she was able to show flexibility and make it all work! Her project management skills are second to none. As a licensed realtor, she was able to assist us with the overall purchase in its entirety. We closed on our home over 3 months ago and have now settled in. From our first conversation all the way to closing, everything she shared was exactly what we received and we couldn't be more excited to live in our new home.

There is so many reasons why my wife and I would recommend Jennifer! One being that she is very knowledgeable on the market and giving her best and honest advice possible! Two being that We never went more than 30min without her answering questions that we had, returning our phone calls, or answering our emails! She is so easy to get along with and we enjoyed every minute of working with her. She’s a wonderful individual and you can tell that she’s very passionate about her work. We have already made the decision to never go through another person to buy, sell or build a home for us!

They really make you jump through hoops to rent with them...requiring more than the first month's rent in a deposit, first months rent, 500 pet deposit, and you have to get insurance with them as the beneficiary, plus your own renters insurance if you want your property covered......and the property isn't even that luxurious. In fact it provides zero amenities and on street parking and isn't even in a nice neighborhood. Thank goodness we shopped around and found another place near UOfL... also Broadway is worse so don't go there either. Your best bet is dealing directly with a homeowner not these management companies.
