Sometimes the ATM does not have cash though the light is green

This robotic drive through is hidden behind a building. I do not feel it is safe. Even if there are cameras it would be too late if a person attacked. I only go in broad daylight and if there are several other cars. Today there was only one machine so there were six cars in line. Safe but irritating.

I based my entire day on driving over an hour to this location to handle a quick issue inside the lobby area. I was able to arrive 10 mins till close, but then discovered this location HAS NO LOBBY. Please put your services on this listing and stop acting like every branch you have is full service. This is my first experience with my “new” bank and it really sucks.
