During a time when supply and demand for cars/truck is pushing the market it is important to have a dealer whose sales staff is tracking market trends and interest rates as predictors for how they should engage in sales. I went to 7 different regional dealerships looking for someone who knows the market. I studied the market every day for over 18 months to be knowledgable myself and found only Justin Harrison and his teammates at Capital Eurocars to be fair in their analysis of market based value. Justin didn't balk at my requests for adjustments. I went in with my best offer and rather than spending time teaching me about the costs of high demand and low supply, Justin checked my research and came back with his best possible offer. He was respectful and thorough the entire time. We met in the middle so that I got a market rate deal. It was a pleasure to do business with him and the entire team at Capital Eurocars. I'm not the kind to buy a luxury car, but as long as we live in Tallahassee Capital Eurocars will be our first stop for purchasing a new car/truck. Absolutely outstanding. I live in Atlanta, and bought a 2016 BMW without first seeing it. I was a bit nervous that the pics were just really nice....Jeremy C. really helped me out; he drove the car from Tallahassee to Atlanta for me! He's a certified "BMW Genius", which is a real thing, and knows the cars backwards and forwards. Could not be more pleasant to deal with. Patricia C. helped me with the paperwork for the transaction, and that could not have gone smoother. Finally, another man named Jeremy C. (they have 2 Jeremy C's!) was super helpful with the BMW protection products like extended warranties and so forth. All were very professional and knowledgeable. The car arrived **without a single scratch**....even the wheels were absolutely pristine. Capital Eurocars is recommended without reservation. I'll be back when it's time for a Benz, for sure!

I wasn’t sure what kind of car I wanted when I came in. I just knew I wanted a high-end luxury vehicle. My first salesman was fairly new and didn’t know that much about the vehicle I was interested in. I came back the next day and was greeted by Jeremiah Franklin. What an awesome guy! He knew the product inside and out and was not pushy in any way. He understood when I wanted to compare other brands and was patient while I looked at them too. But he was so knowledgeable and I felt his love for the Mercedes. He helped me complete the sale quickly, and went over and above to train me on all of the new technology and options. Definitely made me feel part of my new Mercedes family.

My husband and I (and two small children) had a wonderful experience with Nicholas Black at Capital Eurocars!! My previous experiences with buying a car have always been labororous and stressful. I was expecting the same experience but I was pleasantly surprised to find that our time was respected and the usual price haggling did not occur. Nicholas didn't use pressure tactics and genuinely wanted us to get a fair deal. It did not take long for us to decide on a price and start the paperwork. We drove 4 hours to Tallahassee because Capital Eurocars had the best price for the vehicle we wanted to buy. I was hesitant about the long (total of 8 hours) drive but it was definitely worth it. If you are looking to buy a vehicle we highly recommend Capital Eurocars and Nicholas Black!!!

Every time I come to this place, the workers always act like they don’t want to help anybody. I had to wait almost 3 weeks for an appt just to replace my rear view mirror. Once the day came, I dropped my car off at 8am sharp. and wasn’t told how long it’s going to take, wasn’t told somebody will contact me, and not even offered a loaner car, nothing! I waited almost 5 hours and my car hasn’t been looked at so I just came to pick it up. The advisor Chris was getting agitated and I got my car back very dirty. SMH! Just poorly

Jessica provided a luxury buying experience and treated me like a king. The sales manager Angus provided a great price on the car without all the back and forth. The paperwork was done when I arrived so I did not have to wait for hours to sign. I can be quite demanding as a customer and they passed with flying colors. We arrived and checked in smoothly and then caught the shuttle to get the rental car! Mr. Parke Stafford sent a video of things that was wrong which was great because you can see for yourself. He called when it was done and we were able to leave the rental there at Mercedes. Mr. Stafford was efficient, polite and professional.

I had to service my 2017 Mercedes for the first time, but I also had a couple of additional items I wanted looked at while it was there. I had been putting it off because taking my car in for service with my busy schedule was going to be a nightmare. I cannot tell you how smooth Parke Stafford made this experience. He went 10 steps above my expectations from ensuring that my appointment would be a day that I would have a loaner car waiting, calling to update me on each item or concern I had mentioned and he even made returning the loaner and picking up my car a convenient and positive experience. I felt like I was given the VIP treatment not like I was tying up their loaner car while they rushed my car through service, like some service departments make you feel!

On 26 Dec. I was ready to leave Tallahassee for my home in The Villages when my daughter-in-law noticed a very low tire that 2 days earlier was low and had air added. Needless to say, I did not want to travel I10 and I75 with a tire going down. My daughter-in-law called Capitol Eurocars and explained and was given a voice mail. I was getting ready to call again when Parke Stafford called and said to come right in and it would be taken care of. He immediately had my car in and replaced the new tire that had been put on in Nov. - Washed my car and wished me a safe trip. Thanks to Parke for a smooth resolve to the problem. Mercedes Benz, Service Dept. Just had my CLS-550 serviced for the first time at Cap. Euro. Parke Stafford did a great job of keeping me informed and getting the repairs covered under extended warranty I bought with the Car in May 2020. If you are looking at purchasing a car here I highly reccomend asking for Joey Cocchiarella as a salesman. This is our second Mercedes purchase at Capital Eurocars from Bruce Parker, who takes all of the stress out of purchasing a car. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and provides individualized service during the sale. We did a complicated custom order and Bruce reviewed each of the features with us, researched whether an option could be provided with the packages we were purchasing and then rechecked the entire order. Bruce sent email updates as our GLC was being made and let us know how far along in the process we were and when to expect our new car. When the GLC arrived, it was exactly as ordered and Bruce spent a great deal of time reviewing all of the controls and safety features. In addition to his being extremely knowledgeable on Mercedes and automobiles in general, Bruce is easy to be around and brings a calm to the car buying experience. Could not recommend him any more highly!

A very good service. We drove very early from Albany, GA because the service here is really bad; since we arrived to the facility, Sam Lester receive us with a smile and understood our needs. During the waiting time, he provide us comfort and information about the progress. My service representative Anthony Taylor was awesome! I showed up without an appointment because a warning light came on so I drove straight to Capital Eurocars. Anthony figured out quickly that I needed a new battery and he put my car right in. Within the hour I was back on the road and my New Battery was covered by warranty so it as no cost to me. This is the same type of service I get from Anthony every time I come in and I get treated as though I'm the only customer they have.

Joe Trozzo gave us excellent service. We came in for a recall on our airbag and he was very helpful. The customer lounge is nice and comfortable to wait in. We have used Capital Eurocars for several different services on our Leisure Travel Motor Home, built on a Sprinter 3500 chassis. and have always been pleased. Except this time the scheduling of a recall was a real pain. I don't know if it was because it was a recall and that comes from a different area or what but it took several calls and every time they want all your information AGAIN. On one of the calls we were redirected to different people 3 times. Anyway, very pleased with Capital Eurocars but not pleased this time with trying to schedule this particular service.

Update: received a call from Joe the service manager, he apologized for my experience and assured me I will have a different advisor next time I visit. I appreciate him taking the time to call me and also taking accountability for his employee. I’ve had a horrible experience at this dealership starting from my salesperson, but it only got worse with the service department. Kris in service gave me the absolute worst customer service I’ve received. Never expected this kind of treatment when buying and servicing a vehicle but even less a Mercedes. I literally want to trade my car just because I never want to go to this dealership again. I did let Kris know how awful his service was and he never even apologized. He never gave me a time frame for my car and told me to just go wait. He let me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours before I asked about my car. He then finally went to check on it just to find out it hadn’t even been touched and 2 cars were “ahead of it” so it will “be a while longer” when I got upset his excuse was “everyone has to wait on Saturdays.” I told him that’s fine but you LET ME KNOW that I am going to sit there for 4 hours waiting if that’s the case. From the beginning he was unprofessional but at the end he even tried to tell me I did not have any warranty on my car when it does have CPO warranty. He then realized his mistake…. Everyone makes mistakes but this was just the cherry on top to his horrible customer service. Mind you all I needed was my battery tested. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to ANYONE.

3 Days and not a single update on my car… I dropped my car off three days ago for one of the first scheduled appointments of the day. This was a confirmed appointment and I had provided a written and verbal description of what my concerns were that I wanted them to check out. To date, I have not received a single call or text message from the service department to update me regarding the car’s status. I phoned and left multiple messages with the service department, which were not returned. I came to the dealership on the third day, to find they had one service advisor who actually told me he “just worked for the BMW side.” He said there were no notes in the system on my car and he could not tell me if a diagnostic had been run in all this time. He could not see where anything had been done regarding my car. I was asked to just come back on Monday and check then on my car. I inquired about a loaner car in the interim. They had none. I was told to just come back Monday morning. I was not guaranteed that a loaner car would be available then. I just told him to retrieve my vehicle. I had waited for this appointment for three weeks. To have a high end dealership provide this type of disregarding and lackluster treatment to customers is unacceptable. I have talked with some family members and friends whose children will be students at the local universities this coming falls, one family that will have two students driving a BMW and a Mercedes. I shared this experience with them so that they will NOT have their cars serviced here. There are other options for service in the immediate area where you will be valued and appreciated as a customer.

Captial Euro Cars is not my home dealership; however, this is the second time I have had to come to this dealership. This time I arrived at 4:00 with a screw in my run flat tire. Both times I have come, William Gilkes has been my advisor and he is always AWESOME! To start with he had to make numerous calls to locate the warranty information on my tires and because of the time and I had driven an hour to get there; he set me up in a rental and advised if he couldn't get it ready the next day I could keep the rental an extra day. Well, needless to say my car was ready the next day. Upon my entering the dealership, until I picked up my car Mr. Gilkes treated me with kindness and not one time did I feel he was being inconvenienced by my visit. He was courteous and my visit started with warm greeting and ended with a warm see you later. I just drove two hours to buy a Sprinter that I talked to Claude Rabbath on the phone about. After leaving work early and driving from Panama City I was informed that the vehicle is not for sale. It has an open recall and they can’t sell it. It would’ve been great to hear that from the salesman before I wasted half of the day.

They are a great servicing center for BMW and Benz. Very quick. Best if you schedule your service. They offer shuttle service to drop off and pick up. Fresh brewed coffee with a real coffee machine that actually tastes really good. Service consultants are very personable and professional. They went above and beyond each time I was there.

Trey Purvis did a good job of getting our car up to us after we located it for them. We had stopped in a couple of weeks earlier and took a test drive in the new G30 series 5 Sedan. My wife liked it and some of the features, but knowing her, I would be the one driving so with CEC not having anything in stock, I proceed to use the BMW app and build one on line and afterwards spoke with Trey when I sent in my quote request. I had located a 99 percent match at another dealer and he was able to secure the car and get it up to us to close the deal. Very happy with the trade and outcome.

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had! Upon arrival Mr.Michael Tizzani had the vehicle already pulled up to the front and ready for me to see. Michael was very helpful and not pushy at all. HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!! I had some of the worst experiences with the service department at this dealership!! So horrible that recently I traded my 2016 Mercedes Benz because I Absolutely hated taking it to this dealership. One incident I made a reservation for a service appointment requesting a loaner because I m in the medical field a had to be at work for a procedure with my cardiologist. I was told that I could not get a loaner car because this particular service would only only take 30 -40 mins. Unfortunately for me it took 2hrs and I was extremely late to work not to meantion the drive there took an additional 45mins since I work in Thomasville. I was almost 3 hrs late for work. I was so humiliated,angry,and embarrassed. Never in my life have I ever been this late for work. Of course I should have been written up but my office manager empathized with me regarding the situation. She too expected better from Mercedes!!! To compensate me for the inconvenience I was tolded by the service manager ,Joe next time to talk directly to my representative( Joe Turzzo)! I couldn't believe it!! It was as if no one care about the inconvenience to me. Oh but they rush to get my car service done faster! The next service I had to have I decided to let my fiance take my car and drop it off for. I just had a fear that something would go wrong like last time and I didn't want to be written up at work. I made the reservation with my service rep just as I was advised and requested a loaner car for my fiance. He assure me that he would have one available for him upon his arrival. When my fiance arrived early that morning to drop off my car there was no loaner car available. He was told that they would shuttle him to enterprise to get a vehicle contracted through Mercedes. They dropped him off at enterprise and left him. When he was finally waited on at enterprise, he was told that didn't have anymore loaner vehicles. He waited 2hrs for the Captiol Euro shuttle bus to pick him back up and set there for hours waiting on them to finish the service. He missed two important business meetings. When I spoke to my service representative (Joe Turzzo) he apologized and said that he could give me 10% off my service! Are you kidding me!!! This was horrible service and bigger slap in the face offering me 10% to compensate for the inconvenience. I begin to think what if I would have taken my car myself, I would have been written up for being late. The worst part is no one seemed to care! The sad part is I loved Mercedes and recently got approved to buy a new Mercedes. My dream car is the CLS 450. I decided not to get it now because this is the dealership that would have to service it and I was told Albany is even worst by one of my patients!! I loved my mercedes but hate having it serviced at this dealership!!! I traded it because the service experience was truly horrible and I dreaded taking it there!!! I do expect more from Mercedes!!! I have recently spoken to someone who said he is sorry I had those experiences but he had never. That was good know. Unfortunately this was my experience and I will never forget it! I was always told they were short staff when my services would take a while but is this really the customer's problem! Mercedes moto is The Best or Nothing. Brought in my car for a tire change at 4pm, the sign posted said they were open until 7pm. At 7pm they had not even looked at my car even though I was waiting on my car in the waiting room...AND on vacation. I had to get a hotel room overnight. I came in the next morning at 10am...they had been open for several hours. They STILL had not looked at my car. I am loosing 2 days now of my vacation. They convinced me to buy 4 tires and was on the road by 1pm. The tires were all soapy looking. They didn't even wash the car. This is the WORST MB dealership I have EVER been to. Stay far away from this one!

Always a great experience when we bring our cars for service here! Parke Stafford goes the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of, including arranging a nice loaner car so we can run all our errands in Tallahassee. This is super helpful since we drive almost two hours to get to the dealership. He gets our car in and out as quickly as possible so it’s ready to go when we need to leave on our drive home.

I contacted Mercedes Benz regarding the airbag recall on my vehicle. My information was taken with a promise to call back to schedule an appointment after ensuring the part was available at the dealership. The day of my appointment I was running late from another appointment and after calling the dealership I was looking for them to reschedule; however, they told me to still bring my vehicle in. The service area was immaculate and provides you with several types of refreshments and drinks. While there I got to interact with all the staff because absolutely EVERYONE was engaging (service employees, sales associates, sales manager, and even the tow service guy). After repairs were complete my vehicle was returned sparkling from the courtesy car wash. My service associate, Anthony Taylor, was very friendly, attentive to any concerns, and was not pushy or aggressively trying to get me to get my next service done at that time. My service experience, matter of fact, my whole experience at Capital Eurocar was absolutely outstanding.

As one of the few owners of a smart car electric drive, I was concerned about the airbag light on all of the time. I worked with Jeremiah Franklin on a used 2016 Ford Explorer with low miles in mint condition. The car was priced very competitively. Jeremiah was well informed about the vehicle and was very helpful with the whole process. There was no “high pressure” tactics - that clearly was not what Capital Eurocars or Jeremiah was about. I have had a good experience and bad. I took my car in one day to get the Oil leak and Coolant leak fixed as well as the brake light fixed. I payed for the Oil leak and Coolant leak but I guess my service manager had a miscommunication with me about the brakes being fixed. That's a no biggie. Took it in a few days later to get the break light fixed. Paid for it and everything. Get the car back when they were closing and immediately notice the brake lights still on. I drove it for a good 15 days just waiting for that light to come off. Didn't ever come off. I got tired of this and didn't want to go back to the dealer to get them to fix it so I reinitialized my DSC and got the Brake light removed. I know you can do it a easier way with the service menu in the car but that didn't work so going this route fixed the issue for me. I don't know how you miss that big RED Brake light and think the service is done. I asked for the Light to get removed and it never happened but they did replace the part causing it so that's good.
