Customer service was great. Shelly met me at the door and I was helped right away. She was cheerful and i opened a checking account in no time at all. She also went above and beyond to get me other information i needed to help me with a personal venture best banking experience I have had

Experienced terrible customer service from the branch manager and felt badly for the other staff members in the bank that they had to work for such a miserable person who was not being a very good role model. I was told that she was the branch manager and their was no persons above her and she could not help me with my problem. When I called customer service from the bank she yelled on the background telling me what I was saying was wrong. Very immature and inappropriate. The customer service reps were very nice but also could not help me. I will never step foot in an envision bank again. I can't believe the way I was treated and the lack of customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not use this ATM!!! ATM took my card and the screen went blue and said temporarily out of service. Then did not return my card. I went in very politely and ask if I could have my card back. The teller said sure and started to walk over when the manager jumped right in and asked If I was a customer. I replied no and stated the bank I was affiliated with. She said I would have to contact my bank. I called them immediately and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with my account and told her she could return the card. She refused!. My bank said they would email her a certified letter and the answer was still NO. I have never been treated more rudely and I'm appalled at this manager's behavior. There was no reason for her to keep my card other than to ruin my weekend. Also this is the first review I have ever written with negative feedback so Congratulations on being my first! Envision Bank should be embarrased to have an employee who treats people this way.

They have very friendly staff, very professional, and have helped me out on numerous occasions when I've had difficulty with my information/deposits. 10/10 would recommend.
