Justin the manager was very friendly and greeted us when we first got in. We wanted to open a savings account and although busy, he kept us updated on how long the wait was periodically. Andy helped us with creating the account effortlessly and explained all our concerns. Very good customer service. This is why we continue to do business here.

Management and the staff there are a joke. I came by here to reset my password for my card. I can’t do it online or over the phone otherwise I would have done it.

I would have given a zero star if it was a possibility. However, I found the vast majority of the female tellers are very rude. Especially when there have to do their jobs when it comes to performing financial transactions to decent and respectable human beings that are of non Caucasian decent. I would recommend that the staff be introduced to diversity training particularly due to the demographics of the town of Randolph, Massachusetts. We are no longer living in the years between 1960 to late 1980.

    Response from the owner

Just came to this BOA to get something notarized. Never usually go inside the banks anymore but I stood in line met with the bank teller and he said the lady in the office could help me, which is fine. I sat down, the lady in the office seen me and said nothing. I been waiting for a very long time and she seem to have no sense of urgency for getting people out of the bank. It would of been nice to at least let me know how long she will be and maybe even ask what was I looking to do today but nothing. It’s so sad that customer service is not their thing. She finally comes over and ask what I want to do and then say we don’t notarize this form with out the block. So sad I waited all that time.

Poor service, poorly staffed, very very slow nobody works with a sense of urgency at all. Poor leadership as well Justin the branch manager actually yelled at us ( the customers) that we need to get to the Bank went the door opens instead of waiting until 11. It’s rude, unprofessional proabably not the place you want to go if your looking for good services and a little respect.

Rude & ghetto, sorry to say, but customer service is horrible at this randolph branch. I went to Quincy BOA and let me just say, so much better!

Manager is incompetent and smells like a ball sac. The customer service provided is subpar like his moms box.
