ENUMCLAW VIDEO and PAWN Roosevelt Ave, Enumclaw

AMAZING place! I didn't even realize it existed until my husband surprised me with a visit. We showed up right at closing time without realizing it, but they were super nice, didn't rush us or even tell us they were ready to close while we were browsing. Their prices are out of this world, the place is gigantic, and I could've easily spent a couple of hours looking at everything they had for sale. They're living the dream life my husband and I have talked for years about someday doing, and I can't wait to live vicariously through them again when we go for another visit. 😍

What a great couple! Can always find something neat here. And they feature products from a couple local small businesses as well. I heard they're gonna be featuring a cute display of CBD candles, soaps and bath bombs that are higher mg of CBD and less expensive then you'll find anywhere else. I'm excited to check those out. And how cool and so "Enumclaw" to support local up and coming entrepreneurs! Way to go guys...you rock!

Very Rude people, I took an item there for a lone and she wrote up a slip and told me not to lose it cause anyone who has the slip can get it out of pawn, I said really? You don't check ID? She stated she didn't't have too according to WA state law...so i took my item and gave her back the slip and told her she has no business opening a pawn shop if she can't guarantee the safety of items. Bottom line it may be a good place to look for things but not a good place to pawn...NEVER AGAIN.

Very rude no people skills and no compassion. If you don't like people and your life you shouldn't go into business where customer service is essential. Such a nice store to walk into but the vibe soon changes and you'll want to leave and not return. Sad.

I actually came here with a large household item as well as some electronics to sell. I have to say that I was very satisfied with the cash that I left with. I did check beforehand with them just to be sure that they would be able to take the large item...just a word of advice to save everyone time and energy.

I love this video store and movie theater! I have been coming to this store for years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the owners and staff. I could literally go into the store in a bad mood and leave with a smile on my face. Yes, they are that personable:) They give wonderful suggestions as to what to watch and if they don't have it, they will get it for you:)

Unbelievably rude customer service. The woman who owns is it is quite nice, but the man is very rude. First experience in the theater, he was rude. Video store, he's rude. Rented us a defective DVD and blamed our Blu-ray player for the problems. Funny how that has never happened with any other disks. He should let someone else run the customer service part of the business if he wants to stay in business.

They had a huge closeout sale this past week and look to be permanently closed.....

Great couple who own the store. I recently had lost my mom and have been taking random merch in there of hers that I can't keep and they are always welcoming and courteous towords me and 99% of the time take whatever I bring them. Matt McDougal.

If your going there in hopes of a decent pawn shop for help with money or to save a trip out of town. This isn't the place. It's more like a thrift shop. I suggest cash company in Auburn or Puyallup as far as selling or loans they are being fair and they have a better selection of recent merchandise
