Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager is completely rude and if I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT ever go to this bank. Sound Credit Union is much better.

This is an amazing credit union with some of the best staff you could ask for. The online banking tool is amazing, and there's also 24/7 online loan approval. Highly recommend.

Wait time to speak to an account manager was abysmal. I didn't expect much after entering because the staff was very rude and I felt like I was the subject of the whispers and titters. Maybe it was because they were dressed so unprofessionally, they might have been in their seahawks PJs, that the casual attire affected their behavior. perhaps the management should disallow casual Thursday's and enforce actual suits. You can't run with the big guys if you look and act small time. Shameful. I left, did not even bother opening an account. why would you trust people who can't dress for success handle your hard earned cash? Sending this one down the river, no oars.

We were members here for years until we moved out of the area. They are the best! Truly care about their members past and present. Thank you for your help today Michele, we appreciate you.

This credit union is the worst banking establishment on the face of this planet. A family member passed away, without any legal documentation they locked all of the banking accounts( because they said they have to follow the law) to this day they still haven't received a cert death certificate. It took months of a legal fight with their legal dept just to get payoff amounts to two loans. To PAY them their money. This hassle with WRCU is a sick and complete joke of a professional banking establishment. They have NO respect for the families or the death of their deceased member.

Extremely helpful stuff who made me feel welcome and appreciated! The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and hello, and only had to wait a few minutes til I was promptly helped with setting up an account by incredibly helpful tellers. The atmosphere is very friendly and professional with a personal touch that was very welcomed. Could not recommend them enough to everyone else looking for a credit union to join!

Have been banking here for well over 10 years, Have had 3 car loans and personal loans great bank, great customer, service awesome staff.

30 dollars for a one time ACH to pay my brand new car loan. That is more than an overdraft fee from USAA. 30 DOLLARS to make a 230 dollar payment.

Super duper friendly, good service and some of the best interest rates around. Not the best for getting a boat loan, but definitely worth financing a car through.
