Chase Bank Stevenson Ave, Enumclaw

Worst! The Chase Bank Branch in Enumclaw, WA! I have been a Chase Bank customer since before it became Chase, maybe 40 years, and I can tell you hands down Chase in Enumclaw hires the least competent bankers. I have been at this branch 11 years hoping things will get better, but the new hires, each time are no better. The bankers don't know what they are doing and they create more messes than they fix. We will drive to another town to do our banking. Run, Chase Bank in Enumclaw is the worst.

This is a terrible branch of Chase and is a poor reflection of the company. Very poorly trained staff. First of all I am a "private client" with a significant business relationship, the staff of this branch refused to process a normal transaction for my client. My client called me and I asked to speak to the staff, they refused as talking on a patron's cell phone is forbidden, they said they would call me. I never got a call. Subsequently I drove to my local branch and engaged my private banker and interrupted the manager to intercede. When I called my client back I was told the problem was resolved as the Chase representative was "mistaken".... in the mean time I never got a call back, had to disrupt my day to deal with a problem with an untrained staff person who mistreated my client. NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH RUN BY INCOMPETENTS. I wish I could post a zero score.

I didn't hate it. I'm just not big on banks. I don't believe that a large corporation should be able to manipulate their books, create money by typing it into existence, and then charging their customers interest on the money that they created out of nothing. It's called "fractional banking." We need to make that illegal. Look it up.

Once again another disastrous use of chase bank they have the wordt banking practices around and the people here are just drones who can do nothing about it

I have had personal transactions done with this location numerous times and am always greeted with helpful and eager staff. They are always so quick to answer my questions, they handle my banking with professionalism, and they are all kind caring individuals. Would highly recommend!

I've been happy with Chase Bank Enumclaw, but frustrated with a situation today. I am paperless but wanted to pick up a statement at the bank. There is a charge of $6 per statement. This seems crazy considering I have saved them money for printing/paper/labor/postage by being paperless. I just went to my settings and will no longer be paperless. It's the principle here. I have to go to the local library and print my statement. Pretty inconvenient for me right now. This is Julie, not Kenzie.

Chase bank is the only bank I've used that I've actually liked. The staff working at this branch are all polite, friendly, and professional.

Everyone is extemely nice, friendly, and professional. Absolutely love coming in to do bank stuff.
