Enterprise Bank & Trust Chippewa St, St. Louis

I switched over to enterprise about 5 years ago from American eagle. It was by far my best decision when it comes to banking. All the employees are more than helpful. And know me on a first name basis. And I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition from Judy to Matt. I now have a HOME for my money.

Switched from Union Bank 2 years ago. The staff is terrific. Very cheerful and professional.

I have been a satisfied business and personal banking customer since 2007. I chose what was then known as Champion Bank because of their availability to a small entrepreneur. Denise Williams in particular has been the picture of exceptional service and proactive customer management in all those years. I always felt like she was a partner in my business watching for anything that looked potentially problematic. It was not unusual to receive a call before a problems arose to make sure unnecessary fees were avoided. It never occurred to me in 15 year that I should seek banking help elsewhere. Now that I have left the state and closed accounts, I want to thank Enterprise Bank and Denise Williams for a job well done and greatly appreciated.

I recently started to bank with Enterprise, and the customer service is always great. Every time I call in, my questions are answered quickly and professionally. I banked with Bank of America for 15 years and I very much prefer how quickly I can speak with a banker with Enterprise. I recently worked with Amanda and she was excellent with all the questions I had.

Amanda at the Chippewa location is fantastic! She is always super helpful and willing to take time out of her day to help me with any problems on my accounts! She deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service!

The location at lindell and Sarah if I'm not mistaken has the best customer service as well as the location on Chippewa I have not had customer service like that in years keep up the good work you go girls
