This Google review is for Financial Service Representative, Sherynee Johnson. I have had the pleasure of conducting business with Sherynee twice. The first time was when she helped me with some documents that I needed to have printed. She was so helpful and nice. The second time was today. My husband is on travel in another state and was having problems with a security deposit on a rental car. He could not get his debit card to work so I called Sherynee for assistance because I remembered she had given me her business card. She was amazing! So professional and helpful. She corrected the problem in a few minutes and alleviated the stress my husband was under. Thank you Sherynee. We appreciate all of your help!

Customer service doesn’t get much better than this! I was thoroughly impressed with Cami’s technical expertise, attention to detail & genuine kindness. I had complete confidence that everything was being done correctly. Cami’s efforts far exceeded my expectations even with the few bumps we had. Attentive, knowledgeable and personable staff. I have been impressed at the professionalism of all employees who helped open my new personal and business accounts during the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. At the time, I was a customer of BofA and was unable to speak with anyone on the phone (wait times of 4+ hours). Enterprise Bank answered every call, every email and promptly helped with all of my questions. Even during a worldwide crisis, they have managed to not miss a beat in providing the ever elusive "customer service"!

The team members at the branch in White Rock NM made me feel important and welcome while helping me to establish an account to start my business. It was a pleasure working with them.
