I applied for a loan on a Tuesday afternoon. Andres Valdez called me Wednesday morning to go over my application and it was approved the same day. I signed the paperwork Thursday morning and had the funds in my account that afternoon. DNCU provides excellent service quickly and effectively, what more could you ask for? Andres was a pleasure to deal with through the entire process.

Nothing but awesome things to say about Del Norte Credit Union. My husband and I have been working on a home improvement loan for a couple of weeks now, turns out title company was not ready to close.. He was extremely personable and thorough in helping me secure the two most important loans in my life. First, two years ago, I met with Andres to discuss a personal loan. Excellent customer service. The staff at my local DNCU is always nice and helpful. Andres has helped me with a few things in past and is always courteous and prompt. Clean lobby and exterior is a plus. I'm happy to bank here 🙂
