Check `n Go Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe

We live in Los Alamos and no one around here would cash our check. So we called this store on our way out to Santa fe. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and since we called ahead and had to drive so far, she even stayed past her lunch break to wait and help us! Once we got there it took no more than 5 minutes to cash our check and go on our way. Very nice people and they definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you guys again!

I was struggling for weeks and was not able to cash my check ANYWHERE, not even the bank where the check was affiliated with helped me cash it. Until I stopped at Check n Go and got amazingly good service and helped right away, all thanks to the help of Suzette! If you need to cash a check fast, I highly recommend!!!

I have been to this location on numerous occasions, the speed and great customer service is unmatched. My daughter was crying on one occasion and Robert was able to help keep her calm and even had her laughing during our visit.

I had never been in there before and the girl there, I think her name was Suzanne or Suzette maybe (red hair, glasses) and she was sooo very nice and patient with me I will definitely come back again thanks to her help!!

I went there twice and they refused to cash my check. The first time i went there. There was a lady saying that she doesnt have access to there computers and that she is only there to help them out. She also told me to come back the next day. So the next day i made sure i came in the morning. I pull out my expired licence and my temp licence. She told me that she cant cash it because i a have a paper id. Screw that place! Waste of my time!!! Ill never go there again!

No cash on site? When arrived store was locked no employees on site. Teller had placed a clock staying she would be back at 1115. At 1135 the teller arrived in a very grouchy state carrying what seemed like lunch in a paper bag. Teller stated that if my check was over 200 dollars she could not cash it!! What? Next customer comes in I tell her that the cashier won't cash a check if it is over 200. Teller then states she can cash a check over 200 but would have to go to the bank for cash. What? Get rid of that teller. Obviously she is a very angry individual. Was she being rude? Yes! Get rid of her! Her t-shirt was stained with Clorox. Is this a dump or an actual biasness where you can obtain a loan and cash a check?

Fast took like 10-15 minutes Walmart and smiths wouldn’t cash it and cash and go did it very nice customer service as well.
