First National 1870 Trinity Dr, Los Alamos

I have an account with Enterprise and had gone to get change, but they wouldn't let me get change without "coming inside and discussing it" because they couldn't find enough deposits in my account (?) So I went to First National and even though I had no account, they were polite and helped me out. I will be switching to First National now, as the people here seem very friendly and customer oriented! EDIT: Left Enterprise and opened an account here (aka Sunflower), and the customer service is miles ahead of Enterprise.

Great Local Bank and helpful in every way. I went over to get information on a new account for my Food Truck and "Ayla" was really helpful and kind to get me every information I needed for my business. I really recommend this to everyone that lives locally in Los Alamos.

The staff greet me enthusiastically by name whenever I enter the bank. Nice! And never fail to ask how my daughters are doing. Above and beyond that, they helped me in innumerable ways after my husband died three years ago. I count them among my support system members. I know they are there for me whenever I might need them.

The best bank in the best town in all of America. The bank is beautiful on the outside and surprising large on the inside. My money feels like it's in safe hands. The staff go above and beyond to help their customers and remember everyone who walks through the door by name. It is without a doubt the best bank I have ever entered. I would suggest anyone who is thinking of switching banks to switch to this one.

Unlike others on here I had a very poor experience as a member of this bank. I didn't feel like I mattered at all. I frequently had to wait days for return calls when I was told I would get a call the next day. The only reason I don't give only one star is that they were always very nice to me when I came in but that only goes so far when it seems like they don't know what they are doing and their practices seem stuck in the past.

Barbara, Monica and Ayla are all wonderful and on their A-game. Sharp, fast and always kind. They tend to brighten my day.

Everyone at the bank is always friendly. They complete the transactions quickly and always have time to talk and ask how you are. I thought this type of customer service was gone forever!
