In this day and time customer service in all industries is non-existent and especially in banking for small businesses like us. We are blessed to have met Eric Lawless (Peoria Service Center Manager) at this branch. Eric is the epitome of customer service and how a Manager should conduct banking. Eric is inviting, kind, listens to our needs and absolutely obliging. If Eric can't resolve it he still tries to provide a solution instead of having the "not my job" behavior. ENT Credit Union Bank is very fortunate to have Eric Lawless as an employee and they should never take him for granted. Thank you Eric and we appreciate you for all that you do!

1.Working on my refinance and have been assisted by several employees at this branch. I also really appreciate having a branch close to my home as apposed to traveling to the Buckley, Castle Rock or downtown branches. 2. Also appreciate the possibility of getting increment of $5.00. Most ATM only allow $20 increment.

Called with a very simple question about loan qualification requirements and their answer was to "submit an application and see what happens." How about no.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. This location couldn’t process my request and sent me to another location that they called and said could accommodate me. I told them my car had been stolen and I was paying for Ubers. As soon as I left in the Uber they no longer let me access my account and didn’t provide an explanation or a phone call. Worst customer service ever.

Okay, 'bout to drop some names because just WOW. I went to the branch to open another account, deposit $$, and get them to scan in an official document to our account. First I called the main number to make sure I had all my ducks in a row and I didn't catch the name of who I talked with, but she was so kind! ♥ Then I went to this location, was warmly greeted by Richard who let me know it'll be a little bit of a wait, but was so sincere I couldn't be at all upset by the wait. (Also, he said I can have all the lollipops that I wanted.) Then while I was waiting with another woman who had driven up from Parker to get some help, the branch manager Jimmy came out and asked if we were all good. When I heard that the other lady had driven up from Parker, even though I was there before her I insisted that she be helped first, and she went in to take care of things with Jimmy right away. Then when one of the Service Reps was free, I sat down with the absolutely lovely Gisel. She was so welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and overall just pleasant. We quickly took care of everything I needed and I was on my way! Lovely branch, lovely people. 10/10 would recommend.

The STAFF at ENT are phenomenal! Gisele and Daniel bring a positive attitude and authenticity that does not come easy in banking! I am proud to bank with ENT! I have never felt more welcome!! For those out out there whom need banking, go to ENT!! Woking with money is always difficult for the entire human race. If we all could remove our ego-driven criticisms, and celebrate the positive connections and relationships that we encounter as we all engage with people in our everyday life, than we can truly achieve enlightenment.

Nice friendly new Ent Bank branch

Phone service is pretty bad. I called 2 times in the day and not even out of courtesy have they returned the call. If they are like that to sell, how will they be to collect. Very bad experience as a new customer.
