To begin with, I don't appreciate anyone telling me that if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be able to get a loan. Encore should have just ask for six months worth of ALL financial documents instead of trying to piece it together and blaming it on the underwriters. . Encore kept asking me for documents I had already sent over. The title company said they have never seen the paperwork process done in such a poor manner. It took over a week to close the deal once the builders and title were ready close.
