Unprofessional staff they didn’t approve my loan ok but they have to know me your loan wasn’t approved but they didn’t i am waiting… after few days I was called to lariba ask for update then they told me oh your loan wasn’t approved

Man, let me say one thing, I did not think Lariba was going to be my lender when I first started searching for a lender. First off, I spent around 4 months shopping for Islamic Financing and the terms both UIF and Guidance provided me didn’t come close to what LaRiba was providing. I truly feel they aren’t getting the recognition they deserve compared to their competitors. Brother Mike Abdelaaty and Sister Ghada Hassan were my contracts and WOW we’re they always on top of their game. My attorney and real estate agent literally said, “I think your lender is one of the best I have seen during my career”!!!!! From the pre-qualification, pre-approval, funds verification, and closing I knew I was in good hands. They were always there when I called, extremely responsive and proactive. LaRiba really put the meaning to “go above and beyond for your clients” because I felt as though I was prioritized and valued as a client vs another loan under LaRiba. I will most definitely go with them again when I’m back in the market.

Best banking experience. Trang handled my mortgage and was very efficient and polite. Their profit rate was very competitive and they charged very low closing costs too. I will definitely use them again for my Riba free financing needs in future.

Sorry but I have to put a negative review here. I emailed Ms. Ghada a couple of times and finally she responded with an appointment date. When I called; I found that she was on leave and nobody else knew about her details. Later, two weeks I called again and a gentlemen picked up the phone, I said I'm looking for Ms. Ghada for my refinancing options, and he replied, "She is no longer working for company!". I briefly asked him what are the main differences between Guidance Residential and Lariba and the gentlemen said, "Go to our website, read, and than call". I personally found this very rude; I'm dealing with Guidance but atleast they are good in terms of providing good customer service. Someone needs to bring some serious changes in their attitude/leadership. With such tone this business will not hit its peak, guaranteed!

I got my first house, Alhumdulilah. I’m so lucky that I am in the US and that I finished my financing the Islamic way. Thank you so much La-Riba! You guys are working so hard by providing services RIBA-free in America.

I mortgaged my first house through LaRiba about 5 years ago. Ghada was my contact and she was amazing. Initially, the rate was a bit higher but LaRiba advised me to refinance after the rate dropped low. It was great decision and saved me a lot of $$.

I have LARIBA mortgage since 2004 and I am 100% satisfied, I was able to save significantly with closing cost also they helped me refinance my loan at significantly lower rate. Customer service is great and I 100% recommend this mortgage company.

I have had La Riba for 12 years as my mortgage loan. I have had many financial issues in the past and have unwillingly fell behind in my payments.They are extremely rude and do not even reply to emails. When someone is in financial distress the last thing you need is a company like LaRiba who automatically withdrawals funds without authorization! EXTREMELY LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and shop around for other options in home mortgaging!

Be aware of this company. They will tell you that everything is Islamic and they get your money like any other riba style bank or mortgage company. If I would go with a mortgage company the interest rate will be around 3.25 percent and these guys rip you off with 4.75 percent. After they get you hooked up then they will transfer your mortgage to a conventional mortgage company that is absolutely nothing to do with lariba. Therefore the haram is done and you cannot get put of it. I also asked if they could review my rates and I get the run down from them. Once your in with the HIGH rate conventional mortgage they will not allow you to do anything to reduce rates. Be aware of this company. They have nothing to do with Islamic way of the so called LA RIBA. they are absolutely a RIBA company.

I just wanted to thank everyone at LaRiba from making my house purchase very smooth. I have dealt with other banks in the past and found that LaRiba has always given me an outstanding service.
