Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Whittier Blvd, Whittier

a taller, brunette boy who works here in front of the entrance next to ATMs, is the second time I come to this bank to deposit money and checks but I asked him to go to the counter for camel over ten thousand to deposit and a few mi in checks and to be easier I wanted at the counter but he refused and he told me that I can also deposit at ATMs then I refused and I left I will go to another bank that will help you and they are more hospitable. I do not recommend this bank because of the staff.

This location provides the best service among all other locations I have been to. The manager Susan Martinez are super understanding, professional and very helpful with customers. Her employees are great young professional ladies who are friendly, patient and smart, especially Sandra Flores. They dissolved my concerns and problems due to change of address, and arranged my transactions quickly and efficiently! Things may seem to be trivial but they meant a lot and made our lives easier! Thank you again Susan and Sandra for your perfect work!!!

I have been using this bank for about a year for my business accounts and I always experience very long lines with really long waits. The bank usually has 1 to 2 tellers working everytime I come in. The customer service is great and they are very friendly but unfortunately by then it's too late. The customers seem to always be frustrated with the wait which I could understand. I suggest more tellers. Unfortunately it is the closest BofA near me....

Went in today and unfortunately had to speak with the so called manager Susan Martinez, she is the epitome of unprofessional and rude. Bank of America has set the bar incredibly low to have her represent them. She has zero customer service skills and has absolutely no idea how to deliver information respectfully and professionally. Shame on you BofA for allowing this culture in your branch .

Same results as many, super long waits with tellers all over the place, only 1 line open and then they practically water board you to open an account. Just wanted to cash a check. Felt sorry for the guy in front of me being waited on. Bombarded with eventually 3 people telling him what to do with his money, he tried politely saying no I'm good but they were having none of that...

Went to this branch to transfer money from CD to checking for our church. Karina Lizette De La Torre helped me. She was very professional and courteous. She was excellent. Thank you!

Be careful with the ATM! Someone must have a card scanner on one of the ATMs. I withdrew money out from my account on the 28th and yesterday I received a fraud alert yesterday saying someone was trying to withdraw an unusual amount.. Do not use these ATMs!

You have to be very strategic of the time that you go to Bank of America. You can be waiting in line 30+ minutes for a 60 second transaction. For being the Bank of AMERICA, they should be able to employ more tellers. I would switch banks if I could but this is where I'm required to go for my work. The staff, however, is friendly.

I cashed a check here and in the process I was given all newer $100 bills except for one older looking bill. Come to find out it was a fake bill given to me by the teller. I tried getting them to correct the error and was told I switched them on purpose by the manager Susanna. I was repeatedly told I need to open an account for any sort of help. Their customer service is the reason I closed my previous business account. Never again.

Lip service is the only service here. They always say no to any request. My dog ate part of 2 20's. Obvious still legal currency. They said could not help. But ANOTHER bank DID help. BofA just sucks. I just closed my acct. Have had enough.
