If you have late payments here they won’t call they just let the fees add up and add up. I didn’t notice my payments weren’t going through. They never called and said it was late. They don’t care about customers just the fees. They said right on the phone “yah we don’t call if your payment is late” lol every other bank does why are you special. I currently bank here but am in the process of getting my loan refinanced.

Very easy banking experience. I had an auto loan that I refinanced with a very nice loan officer named Cari. Very nice woman; she was professional, courteous, answered all my questions, and we even made polite small talk and laughed together. She knows what she is doing and walked me through the entire process step-by-step.

Great rate for auto loan and low closing costs for mortgage compared to regular bank. Excellent service.

Terrible experience from the Branch Manager on Down. With A ton of great credit unions in this area I will happily take my business to a better organization.

I have recently moved to the area and this is by far the worst bank I’ve ever been to. They don’t inform you of the vast amount of rules they have and most of the tellers are too new to know what they are doing.

Have all of our accounts with them and have the greatest experience with a very friendly people at there west allis location
