Our home refinance was so smooth and closed in a great timeframe. Emily helped us refinance from a 30 yr. to a 15 yr. mortgage with a great APR and answered all questions quickly. She was professional, pleasant and excellent to work with. She followed up with us after the closing to ensure we were happy with all services. Then, she assisted helping us get in contact with another Stockman Bank Representative to set up a checking account and helped get an auto payment set up to pay the mortgage monthly and automatically come out of our account. Emily helped us through every step of the way when we bought our house. She is super responsive through both phone and email, and she helped to educate us on everything we needed to know about the loan process. I tried to shop around for a loan at other banks, but I did not get the good customer service that I got with Emily, which is why we ended up using Stockman as our loan provider!
