I just transferred over to Valley credit union and as a strong believer in credit unions over banks again I'm very please with there service they give. I feel very secure there and they are always helpful to a new person with question no matter how small or large they go out of there way to find a answer. The best customer service ever!

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever worked with. Every branch I go into from Bozeman to Billings is so slow and the employees don't seem to care that you're in a hurry. They shut off your debit card if your 15 days late on any loan which means you have no access to your own cash with your debit card. How do they control your money like that? I have never seen a bank or credit union shut off someones debit card when the accounts positive because they're a little late on a loan. Unreal Not to mention the manager Ed of the Billings branch called me an A HOLE Great customer service ED!

Valley Credit Union has charged me around $300 dollars in overdraft fees in the last three years, regardless of how quickly I cover the overdraft. But hey, at least they're "not-for profit"! I guess that's just the cost of being poor. As someone who lives below the poverty line, these overdraft fees have added significant financial hardship. This is an exploitative practice that simply targets poor people for being poor. If this credit union cared about it's members, it would be trying to do everything it could to reduce financial hardship.

Never had a problem banking with valley. The employees are really friendly makes you feel like you belong
