Greg did our jumbo cash out refinance recently. He and his team are very detailed & thorough throughout the whole process. The refinance process nowadays, especially jumbo with one borrower being self employed, is extremely difficult and detailed. Greg’s team pre-screens the documentation & requests additional as needed prior to sending it to underwriting. Once in underwriting they constantly follow up and work with you to satisfy all conditions. Greg answers any and all questions or concerns immediately and in detail. I had the best experience with Element Funding in particular James Carter, who for 3 months worked with me to make sure my financing went through and that I was able to purchase my apartment. His kind patience and expertise really helped me keep calm and confident throughout the whole process. Jim worked his magic the day before closing date when a glitch occurred due to salary reduction because of Covid-19 situation- he not only made it happen, but he was able to get my interest rate to drop substantially. We never had to submit documents more than once. Greg was always available to speak with us and answer our questions about the finance process.
