TD Bank W Blue Heron Blvd, Riviera Beach

Try to give benefit of the doubt but they are the worst td location. I have been here for years and it has never really improved or changed. 3 tellers giving me the runaway about printing my secured card that was approved on January 3rd! Finally called corporate and the alleged email that was supposed to be sent by all 3 of them was finally sent. Still waiting on the “ call back” only reason I go here is because it’s literally RIGHT DOWN the street from my house. They finally got rid of that one rude lady though she was entirely to much. Staff honestly just don’t be knowing what they doing and then be tryna get snappy lol excuse me.

Poor customer service - waited a very long time just to open an account and when I enquired if anyone else was available, the manager was very rude and basically told me to wait. Definitely not a great experience and she should take lessons in customer service.

This is TRULY the most unprofessional and I accommodating excuse for a bank I could EVER think of. They truly don’t care about anyone’s time. They don’t honor their SET appointment times and will purposely move as slow as possible with a ridiculous line behind them! It’s shameful because their employees aren’t knowledgeable and don’t make any attempt to find out info for you! Don’t bank here.

Convenient?? Forget It. I went in to make a deposit this morning. First of all the ATM was broken and no one was repairing it. I entered the branch and had to wait in a Loooong line for the One teller that was open. For the entire time of my wait I saw a big guy with a TD shirt on sitting in the far corner at a customer service desk. The only service he was engaged in during my wait was pecking at his cell phone, while other customers were sitting waiting to see someone. I won't use this branch again unless I have to.

One teller on a Friday. Don't ever use the drive-thru if you got a lot of twenties. They'll get it wrong. I am pretty sure their drawer will be $100 over at the end of tonight, but I won't see that in my account. I won't be using a drive-through anymore after tonight's experience. I asked for a pen. I didn't get one, so I was forced to use a Sharpie to fill out my slip.

My recent visit to TD Bank was unsuccessful. My wallet was recently stolen. All of my funds are tied up in this Bank. But without a photo ID they couldn't help me get a new bank card or even just reach withdrawal funds . Though the young lady at the teller was extremely nice and pleasant there should be some type of policy for situations like this.

If I could give zero stars I would the service is no service. I don’t understand how your a big bank and still in business with the type of service your workers give. I had a business grant deposited into my account you all froze my personal account. I opened a business account you won’t let me transfer my money because of the freeze on my personal account. I’ve tried to make several appointments and nobody will return my calls. I have spoken with the branch manager and several other workers all I here is I’m going to get back with you or we have to speak with the fraud department. It is not a business loan it is a grant. And because I can’t access the money for my business, I am on the verge of not having a business. This has been going on since Mid June. You all know we’re in a pandemic and these funds are to try and help me keep my business afloat but because of your lack of wanting to help my business seems to be floating away. I’m very upset and frustrated. Signed an upset banker

Closed my account back in 2017. Never notified the branch dis paper work wrong. So after fees and other charges my account was put in negative. They reported me to check reporting agency. I spent weeks dealing with them and after I had to pay these fees. Dealing with branch Manager & the Assistant which was Chan, a very rude an unprofessional lady that started arguing and raising her voice. We were sitting next to manager n he did nothing and allowed her to raise her voice and be nasty!! Very unprofessional brancch

Worse Bank Location Ever! Read these reviews and DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! Got fraud done to my account and my card stolen in a car accident and instead of SOLVING the issue , they stated that I can no longer bank with them and would have to pay them back for fraud done on MY ACCOUNT !! Well good luck with that cause im not paying a penny

Worst banking experience ever at this branch. Avoid at all cost horrible customer service and bad attitudes to go along with it. The Juno beach branch has great customer service.... if only they would stay open later I would have never gone to the riviera Beach location and after today I will never go there again. I regret that I can’t give negative stars instead of one
